Mom and dad came back at the same time
It seems the ate out for launch.

“Where’s your brother?” My mom said talking to me.

“I have no idea, I didn’t see him when I got back”

“How your exam sweetheart?” My dad asked.

“It was fine, good actually” I smiled.

“And school?” My mom asked this time.

I wanted to tell her everything.

“Boring as usual but good” I said instead and she smiled.

“Ohh dad, weren’t you suppose to travel?” I asked.

“It was postponed am here till next month” he said and I smiled widely.

“I’m so happy, I can’t wait to finish my exam this week, so we can have so much fun together” I said in excitement and my dad chuckled.

“I will go prepare dinner” my mom said walking into the kitchen.

“I will help” I said and followed behind her.

My family has been my only strong bone, I would have fallen deep into depression with no return if not for them.

They can be overbearing and too nosy at times but they are still the only source of joy I have.

NEXT DAY, RAVENWOOD HIGH

I walked into the school and I heard my name.

It was Luis.

I turned away from him immediately and hurried into my exam hall.

He was probably shocked cause he looked confused.

He left after a while of standing outside my hall and I sighed in relief.

I wouldn’t want anyone to see me and Luis together, he may get hated cause of me.

Cause as it is now my years in this school would be hell.

I don’t wanna drag him into my suffering.

I walked into the restroom to clean my self cause shine and her minions poured dirt on me.

They said am trash.

I removed the banana peel from my head and put it in the waste bin.

I was washing my face when Ava and Lucy entered.

they stopped to look at me and it was obvious I was getting badly bullied.

I already knew they won’t talk to me so I cleaned my face with a dry towel And wore my face cap.

What’s the use of wearing the mask?

I walked out of the restroom without spearing them a glance.

Immediately I walked out of the school gate, I met Luis, his face showed anger.

Definitely because I ignored him.

“Why did you ignore me?” he asked as I walked closer.

“Do you want to be seen talking to a freak? You’ll be hated” I said and he scoffed.

“Like I care about any of that, are you getting bullied?” he asked.

“No”

“you’re lying”

“fuck off, stop following me, go meet Michelle or something” I said already annoyed

“Whose bullying you?” he asked instead.

“can you stop already, I said am not getting bullied” I said already frustrated.

“I will find out either way” he said walking ahead of me.

I groaned.

Why does he have to be so nosy.

“isn’t your house this way” I said pointing to the direction of his place.

“I want to talk to your brother” he said again.

“what! No way” I yelled stopping him.

“im not telling him you’re getting bullied”

“am not getting bullied” i retorted

He sighed and started walking again.

MORRIS MANSION

We walked into the house and met Lia, Carlos's girlfriend.

She smiled when she saw me and I could swear she looked familiar.

I saw Lia once in Carlos phone,a picture of her and that was it.

I know i have seen her somewhere else but where?

“Hey” she smiled at me and Luis.

“hey” I said

“wassup” Luis smiled.

Carlos came down.

“im glad you’re back, Lia, this is Amelia, my annoying younger sister and her friend Luis” Carlos introduced and I rolled my eyes while Carlos chuckled.

“And this is my loving girlfriend, Lia” Carlos said to Luis and I.

“nice to finally meet you, sister in law” Luis joked and Lia chuckled.

“nice to meet you” I said.

“im going to me room” I said again and went upstairs.

I went to my room and took a cold shower.

The weather is sort of chilly but I grew to love taken my bath with cold water.

The way it feels on my skin removes my thoughts from any other thing.

Especially the fact that am hated by the entire school and am getting bullied everyday.

I walked out of the bathroom and a realization hit me.

I remember where I saw Lia, the girl at the restaurant.

The one kissing another guy.

my hand flew to my mouth.
