Can a heart still break once it's stopped beating? (Lady Lesso)

Lesso sat in a carriage with her belongings next to her boyfriend Rafal until he turned to her giving her a bottle of pills telling her to take 1 each day when the carriage stopped and he got out taking her hand helping her with her things they met with his brother before Rafal took Lesso to her classroom then bedroom on the top floor, a few hours after she had settled he came to get her taking her to be introduced with all the staff members of evil and good in the teachers lounge.

Everyone, this is Lady Lesso she's new and will be teaching curses and death traps, along with Special talents. Rafal said but no one said anything noticing his arm wrapped around her waist.

"Can I go?" Lesso asked in his head.

"Not yet, just go sit on the couch." Rafal said and she did and then they all turned to her.

You look to shy to be a never. Evelyn said

What am I supposed to do with that information? Lesso snapped back

You do look rather young, how old are you? Dovey asked

20. Lesso said

Rafal why is she here? She can't even legally drink yet. Evelyn teased

Your crush on me better not interfere with how you treat my girlfriend asshole. Rafal snarled

What's your name? Anemone asked

Leonora.

That's a very pretty name. Dovey said

Thank you. Lesso said and that's when two people Lesso didn't know yet walked in arguing loudly.

Crystal and Sylvie stop and shut up. Rhian said

She's just dumb. Crystal said

I'm dumb? You think that villains are failed hero's. Sylvie said

Technically they are. Crystal said

Whose that? Sylvie asked pointing to Lesso.

The new curses and death traps teacher. Rhian said

And Rafal's girlfriend. Crystal said her eyes glowing blue.

I thought he was lying to get Evelyn's thirsty ass off his back I had no idea anyone was stupid enough to actually date him. Sylvie said

Sylvie! Rhian yelled

You really want to get sent to the doom room again? Rafal asked

Is someone still mad I poisoned his food? You made me come here so deal with the consequences. Sylvie said

Lesso do you want me to show you around? Harper asked

Sure. Lesso said leaving with Harper and Evelyn secretly followed them.

Where are you from? Harper asked breaking the silence between them.

Netherwood.

I've been there before. Harper said and Lesso simply nodded.

You're not much of a talker are you. Harper said

No, not really. Lesso said darting her eyes behind them catching a glimpse of Evelyn.

Want me to give you the rundown on everyone and how things work here? Harper asked but Lesso spun around shooting a spike of her magic at Evelyn's forehead and she fainted.

Sure, that'd be nice. Lesso said

Um, ok, Clarissa Dovey is the good deeds and dance teacher.. As Harper explained Lesso zoned out as she was getting dizzy.

Hey.. hey are you ok? Harper asked but to Lesso her voice was disoriented until she fainted and Harper took her to the hospital wing.
