Abhimaan : Finding light In darkness

Its the final hearing of Armaan and Abhira's divorce. He was extremely broken and waiting for Abhira at the courtroom. The time was running but there was no sign of Abhira. Judge insisted Charu to call her client but that was in Vain as Abhira didn't answer anyone's call. Hope flickered in Armaan is there any possibility that Abhira doesn't want this Divorce. Has she hided herself to escape this hearing. Is there any possibility of reconciliation. Will they both can ever be back to the lovely couple again. Lots of questions were popping in his mind. But the sad reality struck him that he was the one who shattered their relationship for his mother. He very well knew that whatever he did was extremely terrible. He had crushed Abhira to ashes and still expect her to stop the proceedings. His conscience was mocking at him for the way he had behaved with Abhira and her entire family. He very well knew that the accident was a mistake by his mother and she fleeting the spot in name of fear was a blunder but still he expected Abhira to stay quiet and forgive his Mom. His Mother's mistake had costed her brother's legs independency career and lot more but he wanted them to come around and forgive his Mom for such a huge life taking mistake. He knew it now and back then that his family was at fault but from childhood whatever he was thought and told repeatedly that he was under the favor of Poddars else he wouldn't have had any place to live in. He should be indebted to them and sacrifice his needs and wishes for his siblings by which he can repay their favor. He was also always thought that Vidhya his Mom was his priority no one else is above her as she has given him so much love and care even he being her step son. He too believed all these things until he met Abhira or to be precise until he fell in love with Abhira. She stood for him even when the family criticized his identity. She never let him feel that he is or less than anyone in the family. She always considered him as any normal person and always made him feel special. But all his senses were lost completely when Vidhya was given punishment of 10years. That acted as a spark to all those indebted feelings he had buried in his heart . He actually started to feel himself as on of the Poddars very lately with the help of Abhira. But with this court case it was His Dadisa and Phuphasa who kept on fueling those buried feelings. The taunts acted as a catalyst that because of his wife his mother who was not his biological mother is suffering badly. All those protective and indebted feeling took over his senses and he kept on doing things rashly which ended them here in this courtroom.

Armaan now worried for Abhira's safety set out in search of her. When he was exiting the courtroom judge gave the date after 15 days. A light hope got in him is it possible to get back things and they needn't come to this courtroom after 15days. He was driving to all possible places Abhira could be but couldn't get the sight of her. Now he was extremely worried what would have happened to his Abhira. This His Abhira hits differently and he was determined to have a conversation with her about each and every happenings in their life. So with new found hope and determination he started his search by continuously dialing her number. That is when he noticed Abhira with RK at a temple. Abhira was looking extremely pale and sick and RK was kneeling in front of her and begging her something. Now Armaan was worried about her health also he didn't suspect his silly girl but seeing her with RK always bought a pang in his heart. He absolutely felt jealous when Abhira laughed or shared  lunch with RK. He is very well aware that they can't go beyond anything but friendship but it still hurted him to see his silly girl spend time with some other person than him. Now both RK and Abhira hurried to catch up an Auto they did find one quickly and drove off. Armaan went behind the Auto to know what held up Abhira .

Abhira didn't know why on the earth she is accompanying RK but she felt it right. She got attached to the elderly woman RK's Mom. Though she is not mentally stable she holds a positive aura and warmness that anybody would fall in love with. Abhira had only Akshara all her life. After Her mumma she missed her warmth and guidance which she tried to find in Vidhya. But as a matter of fact Vidhya never considered her as her own forget about daughter she didn't even consider her as a Daughter In Law or even a human being. She showered love and care only when it suited her. But Abhira was so blindly looking for mother's love she failed to notice all these things and ended up worshipping her. Even now she is not fully able to let go of that woman she still have those daughterly feelings to that elder woman. But she understood that now its highly impossible she let her in Armaan's life. She was missing her silly boy terribly. She couldn't hate or despise him for whatever he had done. She is angry at him for not understanding her perspective. But she also understands where he is coming from yet that can't be a regular excuse to Armaan's behavior towards her.

With all these thoughts they entered the hospital to find the nurse hurrying up them up to RK's Mom's room. The elderly woman was ranting " I will eat my medicines and take injection only if my Bahu gives me". Abhira hurried to her and gave her the medicines but she declined she will take them only on one condition.
