The sun had set fully by the time Calypso and I made it to the mainland, and I shivered slightly as a cool breeze pushed through.

The forest was a little frightening to be in at night alone, but I was a little less scared with Calypso with me.

Once I got close enough to Varians house I tied Calypso up by a fence post, and stuck towards Varians window.

"Psst!... Psst!" I whispered, peaking in.

For a moment I didn't see him, and ducked down again, checking my surroundings. The moon had already risen high above the clouds.

Suddenly the window creaked open and I heard Varian call out in a hushed tone, "Sabrine!"

I jumped back slightly, "There you are!"

"You are right on time, just give me a second to-" Varian whispered, attempting to climb through his window, but inevitably slipping and falling out.

Luckily I caught him and was able to place him back down on his feet.

"Thanks." Varian giggled slightly, "First things first, you mentioned tomatoes earlier. You are just in luck because my dads growing some right now!" Varian whispered.

"Great! I love tomatoes!" I replied.

Varian led me to a patch of land further from his house before stopping in front of some tall tomato plants, which at that age, rose above our heads.

"Wow." I exhaled, stepping up to one of the stalks.

"You can take one if you want. My dad wouldn't mind if it's for you." Varian nodded to the plant.

I smiled, and chose a tomato, then plucked it off the plant.

"Thanks." I chuckled, sticking the tomato in my bag.

"Now for a complete tour of the village!" Varian exclaimed, taking my hand and leading us into town.

The village was small, I recognized Eliza's house, but since I only really visited Varian I wasn't familiar with the rest of town.

"That's the Clarke's house, they grow most of the fruits in the orchards in autumn." Varian explained as I listened intently.

"Then that's Mr. Hunt's house. I tend to stay away considering I almost burnt it down once." Varian continued.

"That's a story I want to hear one day." I giggled.

After Varian had taken me all throughout town, we ended up at more farmland.

"You're going to like this." Varian said, leading me up to another field.

We stood in front of a vast corn field that stretched up against the woods.

"A corn field?" I asked.

"Well, yes, but more specifically what's through it." Varian explained.

And before I could ask anymore questions he had taken my hand again and started pulling me down one of the rows of corn.

"Are you sure you know your way through here?" I asked, Varian ahead of me.

"Pretty sure!" He called back.

As we ran I looked up, through the towering corn and at the sky.

"Woah." I gasped.

"What are you stopping for?" Varian asked, turning around and following my gaze to the sky.
