The sun began to set over the base. Dreamweaver sat on the edge of the roof, hugging her knees close to her chest. She couldn't believe what she had done. She lost control and hurt one of her friends. She had promised herself that she would never let this happen again. But it did. Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard moving behind her. She turned around and was met with Arcee's concerned look. She quickly turned back around and faced the distance. Arcee walked forward and stood next to the Arachnicon before taking a seat next to her. Both bots remained in silence for quite a bit until the two-wheeler spoke up.

Arcee: The sunsets beautiful. Wouldn't you agree?

Dreamweaver didn't say anything as she looked ahead. She just realized this now, but she hadn't actually seen one of earth's sunset before. She spent a lot of time in her room or out in nature. Back on Cybertron, she and her sister would sneak up to the surface and watch the sunset. It was one of the few moments she enjoyed being up on the surface. She looked up at the sky and saw the sun go down. She had to admit, it was beautiful. The way the sunlight shone as the blue sky was decorated with shades of... orange and pink... a color palette that reminded her of someone close to her...

Dreamweaver: Calypso and I used to watch the sunset all the time. It always brought a smile to her face. But... now... it just feels empty without her...

Arcee looked at her as her expression grew concerned.

Arcee: Dreamweaver, what happened with you back there? You went off on Miko like crazy. I know she can be annoying, but even that's a bit extreme. You practically scared her her straight.

Dreamweaver tensed up. She looked down as she hugged her knees closer to her chest plate.

Dreamweaver: I never meant to go that far... It's just... the way Miko talked about Starscream and her messed up views... it just set me off... *Sighs* Especially the way she talked about murder.

Arcee: And the things you said earlier?

Dreamweaver paused for a moment.

Dreamweaver: You all weren't meant to see that. The side of me that I promised I would never let out again...

Arcee: What do you mean?

Dreamweaver hesitated as she clenched her fists.

Dreamweaver: I... haven't been honest with you all... about my past...

Arcee looked at her, surprised.

Arcee: Dreamweaver...

Dreamweaver: I never... I never told you or anyone because... I was afraid...

Acree: Afraid of what?

Dreamweaver: Afraid of you all... judging me...

Arcee's optics widen in surprise.

Arcee: Why would-

Dreamweaver: *Interrupts* Because of the things I did! I was afraid you would all push me away when you found out what kind of monster I was! I didn't know if I could trust you with it!

Dreamweaver lowered her head and hid it away from the two-wheeler. Arcee didn't know what to think as she saw Dreamweaver in such a vulnerable position. After another long moment of silence, Arcee placed her servo on Dreamweaver's shoulder plate.

Arcee: You know, it might help if you get it all off your chest plate. I promise you I won't judge. I'm pretty sure I'm the last bot to do so.

Dreamweaver hesitated for a moment as she looked away. She was contemplating if things would get better if she told her, but how long can she keep this secret locked away? After getting her thoughts together, Dreamweaver let out a sigh, having come to a decision. She looked up at the sky as she stopped hugging her knees.
