When Jake finally got Sunghoon alone in the practice room he walked in closing the door behind, he just wants to know what's up with Sunghoon, they used to have the most special bond and now he acts like almost stranger.

Sunghoon looks surprised, turning quickly to face him. "jake..?"

Walks to him taking a seat beside Sunghoon on the ground, jake has a soft smile on face,

Jake: "Hey Sunghoon..."

sunghoon seems tense, avoiding eye contact as he looks towards the floor.
Sunghoon: "Hi." he replies, tone almost flat.
already starting to feel awkward Jake replied,
Jake: "Is... there anything wrong?" Gazing at him intently trying to get some insight of what he may be feeling.

sunghoon shakes his head, not wanting to make eye contact."No, I'm fine."
he says, still looking down at his shoes... he clearly wasn't as fine as he was making everyone believe.

Jake: "Fine? Sunghoon everyone can tell there's something wrong."

sunghoon sighs, hesitantly looking up at him.

"... What makes you think that?"

Jake: "It seems like you're determined to avoid me these days. What's wrong?" Jake decided to cuts the crap getting straight into the point.

Sunghoon: "I'm not avoiding you." he protests weakly, and he was lying through his teeth.

Jake: Raising eyebrows in amusement, "You're not??" Leaning ever so slightly closer unintentionally "You literally leave a room the second I enter. Who are you fooling?"

Sunghoon's heart fluttered as Jake got closer, his eyes widening as he took in his expression.

Sunghoon: "It's not- I'm not..." He stutters, cheeks turning the lightest shade of pink as he struggled to come up with an answer.

Jake: "What Sunghoon?" His gaze intense and shows that he Won't back down easily today, "I won't leave until you give me an explanation."

Sunghoon's resolve breaks almost immediately in the face of Jake's determination, he was always so easily swayed by him... it was annoying - and he hated it.

Sunghoon: "You want to know so badly?"

Jake paused at his words. So Sunghoon was intentionally avoiding him.

Jake: "Sunghoon, me? You hate me?? We've been together since trainee days. Best friends even and you're telling me you hate me now?" Jake was hurt and it became even more visible in his tone.

Sunghoon bit his lower lip, a small tear rolling down his cheek.

Sunghoon: "Yes... I hate you!" he repeats, his voice cracking at the end.

His heart ached in his chest as he said those words, they were the complete opposite of the truth, but he couldn't help himself.

Jake: "Sunghoon!-" Jake got furious when heard his raised tone, suddenly grabbing his chin forcefully making his gaze meets his. His tears made Jake even more angry. Angry because he's hiding truth.
"You're gonna tell me what's actually up Park Sunghoon or this won't end nicely for you." Jake's gaze intense as well as his tone.
