Zoe's POV:
I was still very sleepy but also kinda dizzy. I couldn't stand straight properly. I tried to not show this and just do my best to get to the apartment and to my bed. We entered the elevator, and with every floor we rose I felt even worse. I was holding onto the handles while the girls were chatting about today. I couldn't even make out what they were talking about.
We finally reached our floor and got out. The girls seemingly didn't notice how I was walking which was the better choice for me as I didn't want to ask for their help. I only needed to reach the bed. I was having a bad stomachache as well. Every step I took felt harder than the one before. As we reached half the corridor I couldn't walk anymore. I held onto the side of the wall struggling to stay standing. The girls looked back at me and finally noticed me. Mackie ran towards me and put my arm around her shoulder as she supported me with her hand around my back. Rama helped out as well.
"Are you alright?" Mackie asked worryingly.
"I... I don't.. think so.. I'm... Dizzy..." I struggled to talk as I felt the world spinning around me. All the while my stomach was killing me.
We entered the apartment and they led me to my room. I sat down at the edge of my bed, but when I felt a strange dampness underneath me I connected the dots.. I stood up quickly.
"What's wrong? Sit down you should rest!" Rama said.
"I... I think... I am... Having... my period.." Mackie was quick to react and took me to the bathroom and helped me to undress myself. While Rama ran to her room.
I was right, as there was a stain of blood on my panties. I felt nauseous. I knew periods were hard and painful, but I didn't know they were this painful! Mackie told me what to do and how to clean myself. Thankfully there was no embarrassment in the face of the pain I was feeling.. A few moments later Rama knocked on the bathroom door and entered with a menstrual pad and a pill. She instructed me how to put it on as much as that was embarrassing for both of us and gave me the pill that would reduce the pain of the menstrual cycle.
A few minutes after the girls left me alone in the bathroom and after I finished cleaning myself and putting the pad on. I wore the skirt again (I cleaned my panties as well) and went back to my room not bothering myself to close the door behind me. I still had a stomachache, but it was slowly fading away after taking the pill that Rama gave me.
I threw myself on the bed with my hand over my eyes. I was tired after today's events and exhausted because of the sudden emergence of my period.
A few moments later, Mackie and Rama entered my room to check on me.
"Are you feeling better now?" Rama asked.
"Yeah... A bit..." I answered.
"You're gonna have to get used to this as this will happen every month and for a couple of days. You may want to actually write down the date so that you expect when it will happen." Mackie suggested.
"Yeah I know... I guess I'm really gonna have to save the date.. and Does it usually happen mid-day? Or rather in the evening? I'm quite puzzled by the timing." I asked.
"No, not normally, usually we feel it first thing in the morning.. perhaps it's because this is your first time, and in your unique circumstances that it happened this way." Mackie thought.
"I don't know...... I think I'm going to sleep early tonight.." I said as I sat up on the bed to change to my pajamas.
"Okay, if you need us with anything you can just call to us and we'll be with you shortly." Rama assured as both of them stood up and exited my room, closing the door behind them.
