The black sheep of the Carrow family and they don't let her forget it, it also doesn't help that she got sorted into Gryffindor.

When Cassie woke up, Flick was missing so after getting dressed she went looking for him - "Sirius have you seen Flick?" she asked him whilst looking in the windows.
"No. When was the last time you saw him?" Sirius asked helping her, "Last night .... Merlin. I'll be back!" she yelled running out, "It's go time." he said when James and everyone else appeared from the stairs.
Flick being missing was Sirius' idea but he's safe, Tom looked up from his paperwork when she walked into his office - "Where is he?" she asked him hands on her hips.
"Who?" he asked her, "Flick. Where is he?" she asked him again, "I told you I don't like magical beasts, why would I have your tree?" he asked her standing up but when she looked at his shirt she saw him.
She sighed holding her hand out and Flick climbed onto her hand, "Cass..." Tom started but she turned around and headed towards the door to walk out - "If you wanted him you could've just asked." she told him.
"I don't want him. I don't know how he got here." he replied but got no answer as she walked away leaving him frustrated and angry.
"Hurry up." Peter said as he watched the map as she grew closer to the common room, they finished just in time as she walked in - "Surprise!" they yelled making her jump.
"What is this?" she asked him as they friends walked over to her hugging her, "Your first real birthday party with many more to come!" James said happily handing her a box.
She opened it and laughed a little through her happy tears, "Thank you." she hugged him putting the fox ring on her finger and one by one they gave her the gifts they brought her.
"Tonight we drink however we need to set up for tonight." Regulus whispers but thankfully Cassie didn't hear him however the rest of them did.
"Let's go outside - it's not raining." Lily said smiling taking her arm and they walked outside, Minnie saw them smiling and laughing and it filled her with warmth that Cassandra Carrow is finally happy.
From the window Tom Riddle was watching them, laughing like it was their last day on earth. Envy flowed through him, he wanted to be the only one who makes Cassie laugh like that, he wanted to only one who made her happy like that.
"I told you, she's happy now." Tom said still looking out the window, "Is there something you aren't telling me?" he asked, Tom sneered not even looking at him.
"I got you here without detection and you are questioning me?" Tom asked turning back to him, "Hmm. Why?" he asked him making Tom sigh and sat down at his desk.
"You deserve to see how happy she is now. If you saw her a couple months back, she'll be a completely different person." Tom told him, "Where is she living?" he asked looking out the window.
"The Potters." Tom told him, "What? All this time?" he asked, Tom scoffed - "No. Her name is Cassandra Carrow." Tom smirked internally knowing exactly what he was doing.
"Carrow? Fucking Dumbledore." he said angrily, "He didn't tell you?" Tom asked standing up handing him a file, "I finally found her file. He had it tucked safely away." Tom added.
Name: Storm Noelle Grindelwald New Name: Cassandra Carrow
Biological Parents: Colette and Gellert Grindelwald Adoptive Parents: Peter and Joyce Carrow
Strictly need to know.
"I'm going to fucking kill him." Gellert said seething, "don't. Right now Cassie thinks he's helping her, only we know the truth." Tom said when he was ready to walk to Dumbledore's office.
"What do you suggest?" Gellert asked, "She doesn't believe in your views about the Wizardaring world and the muggle world. She believes all muggle-born witch and wizards including half-bloods have the right to know magic." Tom told him.
"Just like her mother. You know before that prick took her away from me, I was changing my ways. I wanted to be the father I should've been, wanted to be but it was too late, she will always be my little girl and come rain or shine - I will kill that man for taking her from me." Gellert said firmly.
Meanwhile Cassie went inside with the girls whilst the boys stayed outside planning her party which they don't have permission for which they needed to get so they went to find McGonagall.
"What have you four done now?" she asked when they walked into her office, "We need your permission to throw Cassie her first ever birthday party, she turned 17 just before we came back to school." James told her and she watched as Regulus moved closer to him making him blush.
"Fair enough, don't be too loud." Minnie said agreeing to them, "Thanks, Min!" they yelled running out the office, down the hall and towards the common room to prepare for the best party Cassie will ever have.
Lily, Marlene, Alice and Mary kept Cassie occupied for the next couple of hours until it was time for dinner, "Where have you guys been?" she asks them as they sat down in their usual seats.
"Oh you know, pranking Flinch and had a heated discussion what came first the chicken or the egg." Peter said making Remus groan remembering the first time they had that argument.
"It was the egg." Marlene said making Remus groan once again seeing James' face - "How did it get there?!" James exclaimed making Cassie look at Lily who was equally baffled watching them.
Tom walked in the hall and almost immediately he heard Cassie's laugh and looked over to see her holding her stomach from laughter, whilst walking towards the table he saw James and Sirius standing back up.
"What have you done?" he asked them, "She turned us into rabbits!" they pointed at Cassie who's jaw dropped, "That's not true. I did no such thing!" she counters hardly containing her laughter but obviously couldn't.
Tom just shook his head and went back walking towards his seat, finally they had some food and the boys left the hall first running leaving Cassie really confused as she walked with Lily and the girls.
"Surprise!" the girls said when they uncovered her eyes when they were in the common room and saw it decorated with party items, James and everyone stood in the middle of the room grinning.
"It's time to give you a proper birthday, time to celebrate instead of being in fear." Sirius said walking over to her and hugging her tightly as she cried happily.
That night she finally let her worries go, celebrating her birthday that already happened but it's never too late to celebrate with friends.
