Kartik was gripping the steering wheel so tightly that his knuckles had turned white His jaw was clenched his eyes fixed on the road but his mind was clouded with thoughts from the courtroom battle

Kartik exhaled deeply but didn't answer right away his grip on the steering wheel tightened as he finally spoke

Kabir: (smirking) Agar Goenkas ne aur koi drama nahi kiya toh haan agle hearing ke baad sab clear ho jayega
Trisha: (excited clapping her hands) Matlab aap dono finally azad ho jaoge
Kartik looked at naira and without thinking held her hand in front of everyone She squeezed it lightly in reassurance
Kartik: (determined his voice steady) Haan ek aur hearing bas Phir officially koi bhi bandhan nahi rahega
Akshara stepped closer placing a comforting hand on kartik's shoulder
Akshara: (softly with warmth) Beta hum jaante hai ki yeh sab tumhare liye kitna mushkil raha hai Par tumne jo decision liya hai woh sahi hai
Naitik: (supporting him) Aur hum tumhare saath hai hamesha
Hearing those words Kartik felt an familiar warmth spread through him standing here in this house filled with people who genuinely cared for him he realized he was not alone anymore

Devyani: Haan aur chinta mat karo sab thik hoga
Kartik and Naira exchanged a look before nodding they knew this battle wasn't over yet but at least for today they could breathe a little easier
Kabir: (grinning stretching on the sofa) Aaj ka din kaafi interesting tha par mujhe sirf ek baat ki tension hai
Naira: (raising an eyebrow amused) Kya
Kabir: Yeh sab khatam hone ke baad bhi Goenka's drama karna band nahi karenge hai na
The room filled with laughter and for the first time in a long while there was hope in the air
