It took a couple of days before Izuku was allowed to leave the hospital. The fact that he'd been able to help All Might out against a villain who could've killed him, apparent to the population.
Izuku had been sitting in a wheelchair as he was wheeled back to UA's campus. Seeing as the hospital saw fit to remove his prosthetics to make sure he didn't return out to the field. By the time he'd arrived at he school's grounds he came to a stop in front of both Vlad King and Aizawa.
The man had been wearing dark colored clothing, but from the look on his face he was heavily disappointed in Izuku. But since he wasn't Izuku's homeroom teacher, he gave a gruff nod at Vlad before he got behind Izuku on the wheelchair and pushed it forward.
Nobody said a word as they took in the beauty of the forest just outside of the campus limits near the wall. Izuku took small breaths as he soaked in the cool air as he glanced over at Vlad King who had taken a few steps near the wheelchair. Then Aizawa spoke up in a tone that told Izuku to keep quiet until he was finished.
"What you did a few days ago was completely asinine. Not to mention illogical, you shouldn't have gone after Bakugo. The Heroes could've handled it." Aizawa spoke up as Izuku shook his head.
"By the time I arrived with everyone, All for One was about to teleport those present away. Bakugo included." Izuku said, as Aizawa stayed quiet for a moment.
"Even still, you shouldn't have gotten involved. It wasn't your fight to get into." Aizawa stated as they arrived at the Class 1-B dorms.
"Effective immediately, you have lost your position as the Classes Vice Representative. It has been given to Honenuki Juzo." Vlad informed as Izuku nodded.
"I expected this could happen as well." Izuku replied as both men stared at him before shaking their heads.
Entering the dorm building, the two teachers brought Izuku to his bedroom. And once they deposited him in there they left the room slightly ajar after giving him a warning to not enter into the field like that again. Stating that if he disobeyed their orders... he would be expelled and taken out of the school with a black mark for his troubles.
Izuku agreed with those demands, as he'd much rather become a Hero. But at the same time, he let out a frustrated sigh of exasperation. Of all the things to happen to him, he was the one being punished for helping those of Class 1-A in saving Bakugo. Once again, the school favors Bakugo over himself and Izuku couldn't even be mad at the moment.
After all, he did go against what Vlad King instructed them to do.
But it didn't make it that easy to drink in how stupid everyone was being. If one were to be a Hero, shouldn't they actively head out to try and save those in danger? Shouldn't one not need a license to become a Hero? From what stories he read when growing up, the Heroes of the past never required a license in order to save lives.
From Jeanne D'Arc to King Arthur, Heroes have been known to save those in need. And they didn't even need a title, or license in order to do so. And that brought up the question in Izuku's mind.
"Why can't I just be praised for once? Why am I being punished for something that should be integral for being a Hero? A Hero shouldn't be discouraged from doing what is right!" Izuku grumbled to himself.
"Maybe it's because they're worried about your safety?" Pony's voice rang out from behind him.
Turning to see Pony, he found the young woman smiling at him. Letting out a frustrated sigh, Izuku wheeled himself over to her pushing himself out of his wheelchair. He pulled her into a hug as the girl hugged him back as she snuggled into his chest. She eventually pushed him onto the bed behind him as they sprawled out onto it with her on top of him.
