He gulped, and I had the urge to kiss the hell out of him, but I controlled myself.
"Why me?" he asked.
"Because you are special."
He looked at me, confused. "I need to talk to my family."
I smiled. "Don't worry, Milay. My brother will do the honors, and there is no escape. So, agree and marry me."
He hesitated. "Will you come with me to India?"
I responded as if it was obvious. "Of course. If I'm marrying you, that means I will be your wife. Isn't it obvious that I will come with you to your house?"
He nodded, and I cupped his cheek. 
His body stiffened. 
Ha! I had an effect on him, and he was still denying it? 
Not good, Milay. 
Then, slowly, I placed my lips on his forehead, and he closed his eyes, as if trying to feel my touch.
At that moment, I felt like screaming in happiness. 
Because I was going to be the wife of Kush Shergill. 
And that was the most beautiful news of my life.
