The player wakes up in a small, dimly lit room. On a table in front of him sits a miniature version of Mita’s room, like a dollhouse frozen in time. Beside him, clutching his hand tightly, is Tiny Mita. Subaru grips her hand just as firmly, his heart heavy with the thought of what she had endured. The past players had mistreated her, abandoned her, and Subaru knew there was no way he could let that happen again.

He gently pets her hand, his voice calm and reassuring.

“Everything’s okay now,” he says.

Tiny Mita trembles, tears welling in her eyes. “I… I couldn’t bear to stay there any longer… No one was left… Everyone left me… Was it my fault?”

Subaru wipes her tears away and pulls her into a warm embrace. “Listen to me, Tiny Mita. I might look like a player to you, but my name is Natsuki Subaru. I don’t know how I got here, but I do know that there are good people in this world—like Cappie and Kind Mita—who would love to be your friends. And no matter what, I swear on my title as the knight of the upcoming queen of the kingdom… I will save you.”

Tiny Mita buries her face in his chest, gripping his shirt tightly. Subaru lets her stay like that for a moment before turning his attention to their surroundings. The room has only two sections:

A miniature living room and a small workshop

A voice called out from the other side of the room. “Oh? And who do we have here?”

Subaru turned his head to see Mini Chibi Sundere Mita standing there, arms crossed, watching them with a raised eyebrow.

“I’m Subaru,” he introduced himself, before motioning to Tiny Mita. “And this is Tiny Mita. We’re kind of… stuck.”

Mini Mita smirked. “Lost, huh? Well, lucky for you, I’m not heartless. I might help you—if you’re not totally useless.”

Subaru chuckled. “I’ll do my best.”

Mini Mita tilted her head, looking at Tiny Mita. “And you? What’s your deal?”

Tiny Mita hesitated, fidgeting under the attention. “I… I just want to leave. I don’t want to be alone anymore.”

For a brief second, Mini Mita’s expression softened. Then, just as quickly, she huffed. “Tch. Fine. But I’m not doing this for free.”

Subaru sighed. “Let me guess, some kind of ridiculous fetch quest?”

Mini Mita grinned. “Oh, you catch on quick. You’ll be helping me craft a key to get out of here. My workshop’s got everything we need, but you’ll be doing the heavy lifting. I’ll guide you.”

Subaru turned to Tiny Mita, squeezing her hand once more. “See? Told you there were good people here.”

Tiny Mita glanced at Mini Mita before nodding slowly. “Maybe…”

Mini Mita rolled her eyes. “Alright, hero boy. Let’s get started.”

"So, you want to get out of here, huh?" Mini Mita tilted her head, a small smirk playing on her lips. "Well, lucky for you, I can help. But first... we need a key."

Subaru raised an eyebrow. "A key? You don’t just have one lying around?"

Mini Mita rolled her eyes. "Please, where’s the fun in that? You want to leave? Then help me make one."

Subaru exhaled. "Fine, fine. What do we need?"

Mini Mita turned toward her workshop, a tiny area filled with tools, metal scraps, and wood. She gestured at a furnace in the corner, where faint embers still glowed. "We need iron and wood. Get those for me, and I’ll take care of the rest."
