With a fiery heart and a mind sharp as a sickle, he led the doughfolk into a new era. Though his methods are strict and his speeches long, his goal is always the same: power to the cookies.
Skill: "Manifesto Flame" Rouses allies with a fiery speech, boosting ATK and CRIT for a duration. Enemies in the front row are silenced and take burn damage over time, symbolizing the collapse of old systems.
Special Animation: Throws a sugar paper scroll into the air that bursts into flame and rains sparks across the battlefield.
