Sorry if it has been awhile since I put this down because I was busy in school and dealing with... relationship stuff. But its fine ;w; anyways heeere is another good Shellvision chapter:

Shelly groggily blinked herself awake, the comforting warmth of her green dino onesie and the familiar squish of her tiny T-Rex plush under one arm doing little to muffle the strange noise filtering in through the wall.

Brrrrrzzzt—click. Whirr. Bzzzzp.

She rolled over. "Nope. Not dealing with this." She closed her eyes.

BzzzzZZZT... BOP. CLICK. WhiiirrRRzzzz...

Thirteen times. She counted. Thirteen strange, jittering tech noises coming from Vee's room. And on the thirteenth, something snapped in Shelly's sleepy brain. "...I swear if she's watching static again, I'm throwing her antenna out the window," she muttered, dragging herself up like a grumpy little gremlin in dinosaur fleece.

She shuffled to Vee's door, cracked it open... and froze.

Vee sat hunched over on the edge of her bed, her hands clamped to the sides of her TV screen-head, face glowing an absolutely scandalous shade of crimson. Her screen flickered with visual snow and a bright red "OVERHEATING" warning pulsing across the center. Steam was practically hissing out her vents.

Shelly blinked once.

"...Vee. What. Did you do."

Vee jolted, screen static skipping wildly as she flailed to turn away. "N-NOTHING!!" her voice glitched out in panic, sounding like a broken dial-up connection before she smacked the side of her own head. "I-it's fine!! Just a—glitch!! A tech hiccup!! I'm—I'm REBOOTING!"

Shelly squinted. "You're combusting."

"I'M FINE," Vee snapped, her voice trying to go robotic but cracking halfway into a squeak. Shelly, still clutching her tiny plush, stepped into the room, concern barely hidden behind a tired smirk. "You're overheating like a microwave on max setting, and I know you're not watching cartoons." Vee groaned, her face still a deep crimson red. "I wasn't thinking, okay? I just—I—SHUT UP, DON'T LOOK AT ME!"

Shelly tilted her head. "Was this about me?"

The loudest high-pitched buffer noise yet stuttered from Vee's screen. Her hands shot up again like she was trying to physically contain her embarrassment. Shelly grinned. "...Oh my god. You were dreaming about me, weren't you?" "NO!!!" Vee yelped—but her screen violently glitched between heart emojis, a warning triangle, and a pop-up window labeled "CORRUPTED FILE: SHELLY-THOUGHTS.EXE". Shelly fell to her knees, laughing so hard she nearly dropped her dino plush. "You are down bad!! You roasted yourself from a crush dream!"

"GO BACK TO BED!!"

Shelly crawled over instead and sat beside her, smirking wide, her dino hood falling a bit over her eyes. "You're lucky you're cute when you glitch. Now scoot over—I'm keeping your overheating butt company so you don't melt into a pile of soup." Vee groaned again, this time half-defeated, half-mortified. "...You're the worst." "And you're literally buffering because of feelings. Deal with it, Hot Topic." Vee's software fan finally kicked on, the hum low and embarrassed as she tugged her blanket tighter around herself like it could somehow muffle the residual chaos on her screen. Her voice was still glitchy, but softer now. "...It wasn't a dream dream," she muttered, eyes flickering like weak firelight. "It was just... you. Smiling. Talking. Being all—you." Shelly blinked, caught mid-sip from the juice pouch she had mysteriously pulled from Vee's mini-fridge.
