The past few days kept Vanilla very busy.

So busy in fact, he forgot about the diary, but that stops today. Honestly, it wasn't his plan to read today, but for some reason Shadow Milk didn't respond when he tried to find him in the shadows.

The healer sat on a comfy chair and flipped to where he last finished. Oh! The date in the diary was the same as today how funny!

[diary, but we instead switch pov]

When the last of my friends entered my study, i shut the door behind her, and went over to sit at the table.

,,So... did any of you get any news from Soldier Salt?" Blueberry Milk started, nervously fidgeting with his fingers. 

All 3 of his friends slowly answered, all with the same result. NO.

It has been a week since they last heard from their friend, who dissipated mysteriously. It has consumed most of their thoughts, sending them into a depressive state. It was very strange to not hear from Soldier Salt immediately after he is late at least a minute! He always had any things to say, some gossip here and there, but this silence was.... worrying to say the least.

The cookie of knowledge rubbed their eyes, before sighing. ,, I can't live like this, we need to find him!" he stood up, walking up to a map on the wall.

,,But Berry! He is always in that faerie kingdom, and you know how they never want to let us in!" Sweet Sugar floated over to him, seemingly with much less energy than usually.

,,That wont stop me! Indeed to make sure he is alright! What if something happened?" they turned around to their friends. ,,I'm not asking you to come with me, but i would-"

,,That's nonsense Blueberry" Interrupted him Silk Flour with a worried expression.

,,How can you say that, when our friend is-"

,,I'm not done dear" she interrupted him again, putting a finger on his mouth to shut him up, like a little kid. ,, What i mean is, that it is nonsense that you think we will let you go alone! Can you really not see Crimson Spice barely holding himself from rushing out the door?!" That made them notice the red cookie sitting on his chair next to the door, ready to go on the rescue immediately.

The fount of knowledge smiled warmly at the sight, glad to have friends like them. 

They were able to get to the forest where the faerie kingdom is supposed to appear pretty easily. While Blueberry and Flour were trying to decipher the rough map they had (usually salt lead the way), Crimson Spice was getting annoyed by all the pant life brushing against his frame.

,,Andddd... it should be somewhere here?" looked once again the scholar.

,,I agree, what is our plan to get in? I only see a gigantic rock wall" commented Silk Flour brushing her hand against the stone structure.

They heard a chucked behind them before their red fried shouted ,,Finally! Move over guys! This is the ob for the guy with an gigantic axe and 4 arms!!!" His smile widened, already gripping his weapon in all of his arms.

Before he got to get to the stone he was immobilized by the magic cookie. ,,We can't just rush in with full force! They might attack us!"

While they argued Sweet Sugar lazily floated over on her cloud towards the stone and started bumping into it.

CRASH

They all stopped to the sudden noise that seemed to gone from inside the wall.
