Newt-
You were putting away your work tools when you bumped into your best friend Thomas.
"What's up Tommy Boy?" you asked teasingly.
"Um...n-nothing." he said. He sounded like he was hiding something.
"Did you have something to say or are you just really shucked in the head right now?"
"Oh yeah! Newt wanted me to tell you to meet him by the box after dinner." Before you could say anything the little slinthead took off running. What was that all about? You asked yourself. You shrugged it off and headed to dinner taking a seat between Chuck and Minho. Newt wasn't at dinner which was a bit odd but you ignored it. Dinner went on without much conversation but you were too busy focusing on what Newt wanted to talk about. You'd had a major crush on him since you got here, but you doubted he felt the same.
You hurried over to the box when you finished eating. It was getting dark out so you hoped you weren't going to trip over anything. And of course you did. You felt your foot hit a stack of wood and you knew you were going down. Before you fell two arms wrapped around your waist and steadied you.
"T-thanks for the help." you stuttered. You looked up to see Newt smiling down at you."
"No problem love. So Y/N I was wondering...wouldyoumaybewanttogoonadatewithme?" He said the last part very fast.
"What? Slow down your words this time please." you said with a slight laugh.
"Ok," took a deep breath, "Would you maybe want to go on a date with me?" he said it so timidly like he was afraid of being rejected. You were still stunned by his question. "If you don't want to that's fine."
You gripped him in a huge hug. "I'd love to go on a date with you Newt."
** I'm going to be evil and break this preference into 3 parts. Thomas' will be next, followed by Minho's. Do you guys like this book?? Feedback would be very appreciated. Also I'm thinking about writing a Teen Wolf fanfiction because I am in love with that show. If I wrote it would any of you read it?? Just curious.
