True but Forbidden

Chapter 7- Stars

Liam's POV

I'd been driving around for about half an hour.

I was trying to figure out what to do, but nothing very intelligent has come to mind.

I looked over to see Emma still asleep in the passenger seat.

I smiled a little. I drove a little longer until I reached Star Bucks and found a parking spot.

I quickly ran inside and got some coffee so I could sober her up a little.

When I got back to the car I tried to be quiet, but I slammed the door a little too hard.

She jostled awake and looked around in the car, before looking at me.

"Here, drink this" I said handing her the coffee I just bought.

She accepted the coffee and took a small sip with a little bit of a confused look.

I started the car back up and continued driving.

When I was a little kid there was a spot my dad would take me to. It was a little hidden area with a small lake and some grass.

That's where I decided I should take her. I'm not exactly sure why since I had never taken someone there before, but it just felt right.

I hopped out of the car, before coming around to the other side and scooping Emma into my arms.

She was already back asleep, but I still felt her tense in my arms.

I brought her around to the back of my truck and laid her down in the back, before laying down next to her.

I noticed her eyelids flutter a little and sat up to look at her.

She looked so delicate. I was partially afraid that I would break her.

I was so lost in thought that I didn't even notice her sit up with a confused look.

I opened my mouth to try and explain, but as soon as I did her lips were on mine.

Before I knew what was happening her hands were in my hair and I was kissing her back, but it ended too quickly.

It was over and all I knew was that I wanted to kiss her again.

I looked at her face and that's when I remembered how very drunk she was. She probably wouldn't even remember this in the morning.

If she did I wanted her to remember something really good.

I wasn't going to take advantage of her while she was drunk, but I just needed to kiss her once more.

I took her face into my hands and looked into those beautiful eyes that she had until I felt like I was in them.

Then I kissed her. This time softer and better. This one lasted longer and when it ended we were both out of breath.

She closed her eyes, laying down and I followed her.

She opened her eyes and just stared at the stars for a while.

I looked at her for a little while, before looking at the spot she was looking at.

The stars looked beautiful. There was a full moon and it was radiating light, while the stars surrounded it, shining brighter than ever.

Maybe it was just me, but this seemed like the most beautiful night I had ever seen.

The last thing I remembered before drifting off was looking up at the stars with her.

Sorry I haven't written for a little while and that this is short, but I went to camp and didn't really have time so sorry. I will try and write the next chapter soon.

So I want some comments, maybe some opinions about whether or not you liked what happened and if you want her to remember the night or not? Maybe also some ideas about what you want to happen at the wedding.
