Josh paced up and down his room, racking up his nerves even more before his date with this beautiful boy. Brendon sat on his bed trying to get Josh to stop moving for a minute so they could find him something to wear.

"Dude, calm down, I'm sure everything will be fine... as long as you look good. Which, in case you forgot, is the actual reason I'm here."

Josh halted for a moment and walked over to his closet and opened the door to it so Brendon could inspect its contents. Josh soon resumed his previous actions and kept running through different scenarios in his head of all the things that could go wrong.

"Ew...no...that's trash...why do you even...how emo are you...."

Brendon walked out of the closet shaking his head. "Okay, so do you have anything else Josh? Like literally anything?"

Josh rolled his eyes. "You're a little bitch, you know that?" Josh walked over to his dresser and pulled out two drawers. One filled with his more casual clothing, and one jammed with huge heavy coats that had obviously not been worn since last winter.

Brendon shuffled his hands around the drawers a bit groaning at the awful choices, only making Josh's nerves worse. "Brendon! I need something to wear and I have an hour before I need to be at Tyler's!"

Josh sat down on his bed and held his head in his hands. He just wanted everything to be perfect. He had to look good for Tyler, and Brendon knew everything about fashion, so he was called to help.

Brendon sat down beside Josh and patted his shoulder. "Look, Josh, you're just nervous. Tyler likes you. It's obvious. What you wear won't matter very much. You just want to have a good time with him, right?"

Josh looked up at him and nodded solemnly. "But I wanna look nice for him too, Beebo. I really like him. And every time I see Tyler, he is always so incredibly beautiful. I wanna try to look my absolute best for him."

Josh looked down at the ground. He really didn't feel like he was a high enough caliber to even ask Tyler out, so when he said yes, Josh's self esteem was raised along with his anxiety.

"Oh, shut up." Brendon stood up and walked to Josh's closet, pulling out desirable articles of clothing and throwing them at Josh.

"Joshua William damn Dun you are a hot piece of ass and don't you dare deny it. Tyler is lucky to have a date with you. You are a great, sweet, attractive guy that anyone wouldAnd I'll cut you if you call me Beebo again."

Josh started cracking up and soon he forgot about his nervousness for a short while and instead, modeled outfits for Brendon until it was time to pick Tyler up.

Josh's jitters were getting to him as he pulled up in front of Tyler's house, trying his best to take deep breaths. His eyes widened as he drove up to Tyler's estate.

There were walls made of glass along with a few that were obviously made of imported wood. It was several stories high and a stone fountain was placed near the entrance. The driveway was bordered with dusty pink rosebushes, moonlight shining against the soft petals earnestly.

When Josh had gotten the address to pick Tyler up at, he knew it was in a nice neighborhood, but he didn't expect this. The last time he came to drop Tyler off, he was too interested in the perfect boy in front of him to pay any attention to his surroundings.

Josh stepped out of his car, and walked up the stone pathway, lined with various greenery, up to the front door. He rang the small doorbell and took a look in the glass that surrounded the doorframe, fixing his hair nervously. Just calm down, Josh. It's only a date. With the most beautiful human being you've ever seen. Good luck.
