  As I went to tell Superman how I felt, warm lips met my cold ones. I was completely shocked, but I did not hesitate to kiss back. Superman pulled me closer and carefully tightened his grip around me. I smiled in the kiss and realized what was happening. I was kissing Superman..The Superman..

  When he finally pulled away, I blushed madly and tried to pull myself together.

  He chuckled and said,"I have been wanting to do that for a while now. Y/N, there is something I need to tell you. When I first met you, I did not know what to think of what we would become. I thought you were the type to shy away from men, but only because it was your weakness. I see now, that maybe I am that weakness, but in a good way.."

  I smiled up at Superman, finding comfort in his words.

  He smiled back at me and held my chin saying,"I know it will take a while for you to get used to being around me, but I am willing to change for you. I am willing to be who I can for Metropolis and love you at the same time. What is it?"

  I held on to his shoulders and calmly said,"Superman, can we take this slow, please? I am sorry if you are disappointed, but I am just not-"

  Superman cut me off by kissing me slowly.

  I slowly pulled away saying,"I understand, Y/N. Sure, we can take this slow..I think it will be a chance for us to get to know each other better and become more closer in the future. Sweetheart?"

  I hmmed in response, before Superman put his forehead on mine.

  He intertwined his fingers with mine saying,"I do love the way your hands fit in mine.."

  I blushed, before Superman kissed each of my fingers. That only made it worse, and I heard whistling coming from the back of the library.

  I saw Flash and Green Arrow sitting and leaning back in their chairs.

  Flash smirked saying,"Someone is moving fast, aren't we? You are?"

  Flash ran over to me and extended his hand, and I smiled shaking his saying,"I am Y/N. It is nice to meet you in person. My best friend speaks very highly of you.."

  Flash smiled and said,"Who is your best friend?"

  I smiled back and chuckled saying,"Caitlin Snow. She always talks to me about how much of a family you guys are to her. Thank you, it means a lot to know there is someone else out there who cares about her. Thank you.."

  Flash waved it off and skeptically said,"You know who I am, then?"

  I nodded but whispered back to him,"Do not worry, your secret is safe with me. It is not mine to tell, and I respect that judgment."

  Flash sighed in relief and leaned on the table saying,"I like her, Superman. You are practically family already!! Well, let me give you a tour or would your boyfriend have a problem with that.."

  Superman looked over at me, and I gave him pleading eyes to let Barry take me on a tour.

  He flew over to me and picked me up bridal style saying,"Thanks Barry, but I would rather give Y/N a tour. Maybe next time.."

  Flash pouted and walked back over to Green Arrow, and my eyes caught his. He sent me a smile and that smile was..too familiar. Oliver..
  Before I could say something, Superman flew me down the hall. I loved the rush as the wind moved across my face.

  Superman chuckled loudly, before he gently set me down. He held my hand and led me through the The Hall of Justice headquarters. I loved how protective Superman was being over me, while he gave me the back story behind most of the heroes in the Justice League.
  As he gave me the many different backstories, I just stood there in awe. I also listened intensively to every word Superman said. After a while, I began to get exhausted, but noticed Superman's statue next to Batman's. I smiled and pulled him towards it.

  I leaned on his arm and said,"Superman?"

  Superman looked down at me and said,"Yes, darling?"

  I said,"Do you think I am beautiful? You do not have to answer, but I was just curious.."

  Superman pulled me close and put his forehead on mine saying,"If I didn't think you were beautiful, would I do this.."

  Superman put my hand in his, before he placed kisses all over it.

  I smiled so big before Superman smiled back saying,"There is that smile I have been missing. I really should get you home..Don't you have to work?"

  I groaned and buried my face in Superman's cape. Superman chuckled and quickly took off, which caused me to yelp and clinge to him. He just looked in front of us and guided me home. He swiftly brought us down to the terrace, before he slowly let go of me.

  Superman held my hands and said,"I should get home. I will come by tomorrow, I promise.."

  I nodded, before I hugged him tightly. Superman hugged back, and then I gladly let him have his space. Superman sent me that smile and wink again, before I watched him fly off.
Once he left, I screamed so loud and my mom rushed upstairs. I was not even aware that she was here..

  Mom gave me a look, and I innocently said,"I am sorry? What are you doing here, not that I did not miss you or anything.."

  Mom chuckled and whispered in my ear,"I see the Man of Steel has something for you. You should keep him.."

  I smiled back and quickly changed into my pajamas, before I climbed into bed. I fell asleep into my dreams of my Man of Steel.
