Leo Valdez x Reader (Oneshots)

You and Leo ate the rest of the food and decided to go to the park. You picked up your suitcase and walked besides Leo.

"So, y/n, why are you out here," Leo asked. You just frowned and said, "I ran away from home." Leo's eyes widened as he asked, "Why would you run away from your family?" You shrugged and said, "I don't want to talk about it." 

Leo frowned and shoved his hands in his pant pockets. You both stayed in silence until you asked, "So, you're a tramp?"

"I wouldn't say a tramp, more like a down-n-out. But tramp is fine. Sure." You snort and say, "You do know that tramp and down-n-out are the same, right?"Leo looked at you and threw his hands up with exaggeration. "Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to use the same word twice, m'lady!" 

You glared at him and looked down. Leo's eyes widened and said, "Oh, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings or anything.."

You just smiled and looked at him. You guys reached the park and you both sat on a nearby bench. You set down your suitcase next to you as you watched kids play nearby. 

You both sat there in silence before you heard a deep rumble. Leo snorted and said, "Somebody's hungry again." You blushed and hugged your stomach. "Here, I know a place where we can eat." You both got up and walked to Tony's Town Square Restaurant.

"They have great food here," Leo said. Then he knocked on the door and yelled, "Tony! Joe! You got customers!" Suddenly, two men came out from the door and hugged Leo. "Haven't seen you in a while, Leo!" One man suddenly looked at you and grinned. "So, Leo. You got yourself another girlfriend?" 

You saw Leo shake his head and say, "Oh, no, no, no, no, no. She's just somebody I saw stealing food."

The man who grinned at you just laughed. He came over to you and said, "Hi. I'm Tony. That man over there is Joe." You smiled and said, "Pleasure to meet you. I'm y/n."

Tony smiled and went back to Leo. "Follow us, we have a special table for you guys." You all walked into the restaurant but out a side door. Tony stopped and pointed to a table in the middle on the ally. "Here you go. The special table for Leo and y/n." You both blushed and sat at the table. 

"Alright, we will bring your dish right out." Leo then called after them, "We didn't order anything!"

You shrugged and stared at the candle in front of you. You watched as the flame flickered back and forth.

Leo looked at you and took in your features. He realized that you were actually quite beautiful. You had h/l, h/c hair and e/c eyes. He watched as you stared at the candle flame.

Leo was starting to develop feelings for you.

You were both startled as the side door burst open. You and Leo looked over at the door, expecting to see Tony and Joe with your food. You instead saw a group of men.

Leo stood up and asked, "What're you guys doing here..?" The men laughed and one said, "We came for you, Leo."

Leo looked at you and saw your scared expression. Leo looked back at the men and said, "I'm not going with you guys." The head man looked around Leo and saw you. He smirked and said, "Another lady friend, I see."

Your eyes widened.  The man started towards you and Leo went in front of him. "What do you think you're doing," the man asked. Leo frowned and said, "Buster, you aren't going to take y/n."

Buster smirked and asked, "Why not? Is she your girlfriend?" Leo looked back at you and looked back at Buster.

"Yes."
