~Scarlett POV~

"Just a few more minutes," I told Calum as we walked down the sidewalk hand-in-hand, en route to the next place I had decided would be fun. For the second time tonight, I chose to embrace my inner child and hoped that Calum would want to as well.

"Ok," he said with a small smile, as his eyes never left my face.

"What are you smiling at?" I giggled.

"N-Nothing," he stuttered and turned red, looking down at his feet.

"It doesn't seem like nothing," I teased him, bumping into his side.

"Shut up," he mumbled, trying to sound annoyed. I could see the smile growing on his face though, so I knew he wasn't really upset with me.

Continuing our playful banter, I loudly gasped and put my hand on my chest, pretending to be offended. "Did you just tell me to shut up?"

"Yeah, Scarlett, I did just tell you to shut up. What are you gonna do about it?" He challenged.

"Hmm I don't know, but I'm not going to shut up, that's for sure."

"Oh, I think you will."

"Really? What makes you so certain?"

"Because either you choose to shut up, or I'll make you," he smirked. Make me. The two little words that can cause so much tension between people. Boy do I hope I get to say them.

"How are you going to make me shut up?"

"I don't know, it depends which you choose. So, are you going to shut up voluntarily or do I have to make you?" Does he honestly think I would just stop talking at this point? If he does then he's completely delusional.

"Make me," I challenged, raising an eyebrow at him. There they are; those two words I've been waiting to say. I really hope this argument is going where I think it is.

He sighed dramatically and had a devious look on his face as he said, "Well, if you insist."

Then he slowly got closer to me, holding eye contact the whole time. When he was barely a few inches away, he stopped moving for a second and I felt myself start to get lost in his eyes for the thousandth time that night. All of a sudden, he moved his arms to my sides and pinched, causing me to squeal as he started tickling me in the middle of the sidewalk. I laughed and tried to get away from him, gasping for air.

"Cal-no-cal-Calum! St-stop! Stop! Oh my gosh Calum! I so ticklish stop!" I said between laughs and desperate gasps for air.

"What's the magic word?" He asked me. Really? The magic word? He's even more of a child than I thought.

"Please! Please, Calum stop!" I yelled, still laughing.

"Fine, since you asked so nicely," he smirked. Boys. So predictable, yet at times like this they never seem to do what you want. In response, I just flipped him off and continued walking, acting like I was mad at him when in reality, I could never be mad at that 'punk rock' sweetheart.

"Scarlett, where are you going?" I'm going to the same place we've been going this whole time, genius.

"Scarlett, come on!" He really thinks I'm mad, wow. I should get an Oscar for this performance. Forget Leo, I'm the real entertainer.
