It's finally Saturday! I got out of the hospital yesterday but I was really tired so I slept all day. The guys stayed with me on Wednesday. They were hoping I would remember them but it never happened. They told Garroth, Laurance, and Aphmau what happened, so after school on Thursday, everyone visited me. They were kind of annoying but it was better than staying in my empty hospital room without any source of entertainment.
Thursday basically consisted of Dante reminding Travis about me forgetting them, Aaron standing in a corner, Garroth asking me questions, Aphmau laughing at his questions, and Laurance not being there but talking to me through Aphmau's phone. Apparently Laurance has a fear of hospitals so he couldn't visit me and Aphmau wanted him to talk to me so she called him and put him on speaker.
Because it is Saturday and everyone finished their homework on Friday, everyone decided to come to my house and catch up. By come to my house, I mean Aphmau told them my address and they all showed up out of nowhere. Except Dante because apparently he's my neighbor. So right now, we are deciding where to hang out.
Third Person POV
"I think we should go to the beach."
"Why? So we can get awful tans and sand in our clothes? No thanks."
"Don't be so boring Y/n! How about we go to the mall."
"And what? Be like every other teenage girl and only look through windows, wish we got the thing, and then spend the day in an overcrowded food court. Waste of a day if you ask me."
"Y/n! Stop ruining everything by looking at the bad side of everything!"
Everytime someone came up with an idea of where to go, Y/n said everything bad there was about that place. Honestly, everyone was getting tired of it. They all had been sitting in Y/n's living room for the past hour arguing about where to go.
"Okay! That's enough arguing. Can't we just hang out at of our houses. That way, we don't have to waste money, be in an overcrowded place, be like every other teenage girl, window shop, get horrible tans, or get sand in our clothes. It's Y/n-proof."
"Great idea, Laurance."
"Thanks Aph."
"Ugh, fine. But who's house are we going to?" Y/n said.
Everyone thought for a while. They hadn't planned it. They couldn't go to Aphmau's house because her mom didn't approve of her being friends with boys. Aaron's house was out because he doesn't like having people over. Laurance said his parents were out of town so they couldn't go to his house. The only two people's houses left were Garroth and Dante.
"We went to Dante's house last time so why don't we go to my house." Garroth offered.
Everyone thought about it and they all agreed.
Your Pov
We all walked outside and decided who was riding with who. I was riding with Travis on his motorcycle while Aphmau and Dante rode on Dante's motorcycle. Aaron and Laurance were going to ride with Garroth in his car.
It took twenty minutes but we finally made it. I got off of the motorcycle and walked over to Garroth.
"So where's your house?"
"Right over there." He said pointing.
I followed his arm with my eyes and was surprised. It was a huge, mansion-looking house on top of a hill. There was a long path of rocks leading up to the house and there were flowers everywhere along the path. There was a tall, stone wall protecting the hill where the house was. The house was three stories high and seemed really fancy.
We all walked over to wall and I saw a metal gate. On the wall, there was a screen. Garroth typed something on the screen and the gate opened. He looked back at me and gave me a small smile. I grinned at him. I would be rude to ignore him seeing as I am on his property.
Garroth led us up the path and to his house. The house was even more beautiful up close. He opened the door and let us inside. The whole place was beautiful. There was a huge spiral staircase and a chandelier in the middle of the room. Garroth looked over at me and smiled.
"Well, welcome to my humble home. What do you think?"
"It's beautiful. But what do we do now?"
"It was thinking we could head to my basement and play video games. We could also watch a movie or something."
I nodded. Just as I did that, I noticed someone walking down the stairs. It was Zane. When he saw me, his eyes widened. His hair was all over the place but still covering his eye. He was wearing some pijama pants and a long sleeve shirt. He was also wearing his usual mask that cover the bottom of his face.
"Hey Y/n. What are you doing here?"
"I was just hanging out with Garroth and the others."
"Oh. Hey, you weren't in school. Why?"
"Just had an accident."
"Mhmm. Surrrrree. I'll pretend I believe you. Now excuse me, I'll be heading back to my room now."
When he was gone, Garroth looked over at me.
"He talks to you?"
"Yeah, we have a class together and we had to be partners. We've been talking since then."
"That's weird. My baby brother doesn't like people that much."
"Well, he talks to me alot. I think we're kind of friends. He's nice."
Suddenly, Laurance joined the conversation saying
"Woah, one-eye is not nice. He's so rude and grumpy."
"He wasn't mean to me. He's actually nice to me."
"Uh huh, sure. I don't believe it. I can't imagine him being nice to anyone."
I just shrugged. It was useless to keep saying he was nice when no one believed me. We all headed downstairs to Garroth's basement and sat on some couches down there.
Then we began to play.
