Sixteenth letter: ㅔ is typically romanized as e. You will confuse this with the vowel ㅐ, which is typically romanized as ae. There is barely a difference for us non-native speakers, but the ㅔ is a bit more upwards pitched like the y in tinY. It still sounds way more like an e.
