Daniel's POV

I can't help but glancing over at Lydia every now and then as I'm driving to the restaurant I'm taking her. She looks absolutely beautiful, even though her outfit isn't too crazy. She is wearing make-up, but it's not too much. Even though everything she's wearing looks good, you can clearly tell she's a natural beauty.

"Where are you taking me?" Lydia asks me, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Well, I don't know much about Austin, but last time we were here we went to this amazing restaurant, so that's where I'm taking you."

"Ohh, that's nice," Lydia says, but I saw her frown when I said 'we'.

"I went there with the team," I clarify, making her look at me a little confused.

"What?"

"You frowned when I said 'we', so I thought I'd explain I went there with my team. I don't have a new girl in every city I go to or something like that."

"Ohh okay."

"Tell me something about yourself," I ask, wanting to get to know this beautiful girl better. Though for some reason, she looks really familiar.

"We're not even in the restaurant yet."

"So? If we start now, we can get to know each other even better."

"Okay, what do you want to know?"

"What do you do for a living?" I ask and I see the smile that was on Lydia's face disappear, just a little bit. I immediately feel bad for asking.

"Not something I love doing," she says cryptically, making me more curious.

"You're not a stripper or something, right?" I ask jokingly and luckily she shakes her head. Not that I have anything against strippers. It would just make it harder to explain to the rest of the world. Downside of being a public figure.

"No, don't worry about that."

"Then what do you do?"

"I work in a restaurant, I work in a clothing store, sometimes I do some work in a call center, but that's not as often anymore, I-," Lydia starts summing up, but I cut her off.

"Why do you have so many jobs, especially if you don't like any of them?"

"I never said I didn't like my jobs."

"No, but you did say you don't love what you're doing. If you could do anything in the world, what would it be?" I ask and I see Lydia think about that question for a little while.

"I'd be a model again," she says just as I park the car by the restaurant.

"Again?"

"Yeah," Lydia says before getting out of the car. I get out as well, curious as to why she said again.

"What happened?"

"Let's get a table first, okay? This is a really nice restaurant by the way!"

"Okay, let's go inside," I say and Lydia nods. I go inside, closely followed by Lydia.

"Hello, how can I help you?" one of the waiters asks.

"I have a reservation," I tell him and the waiter nods.

"Name?"

"Ricciardo."

"Okay, follow me," the waiter says after quickly looking which table we have. Lydia and I follow the waiter to our table, which is a little secluded.
