In Between

"Ahhh!" I shout when finally I reach my orgasm.

Well, since manyak nga itong asawa ko kaya ito ngayon nasa Batangas kami to spend the weekend at para daw naming short second honeymoon.

At talagang inu-oras oras ako ng manyak na'to para daw maka buo kami agad ulit. He really wants to have a baby which I like also.

"Okay, time muna please." Hinihingal ko pang sabi sa kanya.

Kasi naman pagod na talaga ako ng bongga at talagang I'm sore down there. It hurts like hell already but, my maniac husband is still ready for another fight.

"Isa pa misis last na talaga, sige na misis.." Pangungulit nya pa habang pumatong sakin.

"Love, we still have two days here kaya wag masyadong matakaw sa sex. Please Richard, I'm really sore like hell." Hindi ko na sya masyadong makita dahil sa antok at pagod.

I closed my eyes not minding if what will be his reaction or what would he do to me basta I wanna sleep. Pagod na pagod na ako at talagang masakit na yung pagkababae ko.

When I was about go to deep slumber, I feel someone hug me from behind wrapping its arms around my body. I know it was him. He kissed my temple.

"Sorry if I made you sore, rest well love we'll have a long day tomorrow. I love you.." He said before snuggled in my neck while embracing me tight.

I just smile.

It been a month now when we decided to go home and start a new life. We want start a new but I really wanna settle things first so I'm trying to communicate with Richard's parents for them to talk. There were many attempt but none of them succeed.

Its either away ni Richard o ayaw na din ng mga magulang nya. Wala kaming naririnig na balita kay James hindi rin naman sumasama sa parents nya if pumunta sila sa bahay. At gusto ko yun, not just for Richard but also for myself. I have still this anxiety whenever I hear his name what more if makikita ko sya.

"Love?" I heard him called me.

"Yes.."

"Your spacing out again, may problema kaba?" He said.

Umiling lang naman ako.

"Tell me ano bang iniisip mo?"

I stared at him intently and as if he read what's on my mind he avoided my stares.

"Love, if is this about them again please I don't wanna talk about it." Pag-iwas nya at naglakad na papuntang living room.

He was making his way to the living room when I followed him and hug him from the back that stops him.

"Please love, we can't just start a new life without settling things. Love, I know your mad or tampo but let's face it. Its reality. Please love, I love you miss your mom so much nahihirapan na din si mommy mo and I know you too." I said.

He become silent after that. I pulled from hugging him to face him.

I can't read what's going on in his mind.

"Love?" I called.

He didn't reply but he just stares at me.

"Richard.."

He pull me for a hug.

"Dahan-dahanin natin please." I heard him say.

"What do you want us to do?" I asked.

He pulled away.

"Lets talk to mom, but please kay mom lang muna." He said.

Napangiti na lang ako at tumango. I cupped his face and give him a lingering kiss on the lips.

"We'll do that love. I love you." I sweetly said.

I saw him smile, then he kiss me again.

"Thank you and I love you too so much."

Nasa kusina ang isang may katandaan ng babae at naghahanda ng pagkain for dinner. Katulong ang isang kasambahay nilang si Melba sa paghahanda.

Nasa kalagitnaan sila ng paghahanda nung dumating ang isa pa nilang kasambahay ni si Nina dala ang telepono.

"Mam, may tawag ho kayo."

"Sino daw?" Sabi ng ginang.

"Si mam Rachel po."

Pagkarinig sa sinabi nito ay agad itong nagpunas ng kamay at kinuha ang telepono. Halatang excited.

"Hello, Rachel 'nak?" Sabi agad ng ginang.

"Hello, mommy good evening po." She politely said.

"Bakit 'nak may problema ba?"

"Ah, wala po mommy pero may sasabihin sana ako sayo." Rachel said on the other line.

"Ano yun 'nak?"

Bago pa man makasagot si Rachel ay narinig nilang may tumawag sa ginang.

"Gloria?" Sabi ng isang may katandaang lalaki din.

Humarap sya dito at hinalikan sa pesngi. The man even signalled her as if asking who is on the phone, and she just mouthed Rachel.

"Hello, 'nak nandito si daddy peter mo. Ilalagay ko sa speaker phone ha." Mommy Glo said.

"Sige po mom."

"Ayan okay na." She said. "Ano nga pala yung sasabihin mo nak?"

"Ahm. I wanna invite you sana on saturday if its okay with you." She said.

"Sure, why is their a occasion?"

"No, but R-richard wants to talk to you." Rachel said.

Pagkarinig nila non ay nagkatinginan naman si Gloria at si Peter.

"Talaga? Sige pupunta kami ni daddy mo." Excited na sagot nito.

"Ah.. Uhm, kasi mommy i-ikaw lang po sana? He just want to talk you lang daw po sana?"

Nawala naman ang ngiti sa labi ni Peter after hearing that.

"Dad, I'm sorry pero sinusubukan ko naman to convince him but he's still not ready. I hope you understand." She said.

Ngumiti ito ng malungkot.

"Its okay 'nak, I understand and thank you also. Alam kung hindi rin madali ito sayo but still your trying your very best. Thank you." He said.

"Thank you dad. Sige po, I'll hung up na po I'll prepare our dinner na din po."

They bid their goodbyes and ended the call.

After the call Gloria look at her husband whose face is full of disappointment. She embrace her husband as if comforting him.

"His really mad at me." Peter said.

"Shh! Stop that, siguro nagtatampo lang pa din sya pero alam hindi na sya galit. Hayaan mo pasasaan ba't babakik din tayo sa dati." She said.

"Sana nga."

SATURDAY | 7 PM

RACHEL

Nasa restaurant kami waiting for mom, ngayon kasi yung usapan namin. I notice Richard his doing his finger dance step (A/N: Ako po yan, haha! Basta may step po yan.) Which I know he does when his nervous.

Hinawakan mo ang kamay nya kaya napatingin sya sakin.

"Everything will be fine, just relax." I said and smile.

He smile also and then kiss the back of my hand.

"Richard, anak?"
