Chaos Vampire (Shadow X Reader)

(Shadow's P.O.V.)

I was told to investigate the strange murders that have been occurring in Station Square. From what I've been told each victim is found missing a severe amount of blood. Rumors have been floating around about someone like a vampire. They hunt in the night, taking blood from their victims. Whoever this murderer is, they're ruthless.

(Reader's P.O.V.)

Tonight I feel it again. I can't lose control. Lock the doors and board up the windows. I attempt to tie myself down so I won't escape. I can't, not again. It's no good. First the ropes I used to tie myself down snap. Then I go for the windows. I have no control over my body at this point. It's like having a front-row seat to a monster movie except the monster is me. Everything is moving in slow motion. I find my next victim and bite in. I only took a small amount before I came back to my senses. The black hedgehog before me is bleeding out green blood. I can't let him die like the others I need to save him. I tear off the bottom half of my (F/C) shirt and make an attempt to stop the bleeding. He's currently unconscious, unaware of what's going on. I've decided I'll carry him home so I can properly treat his wound. I can't let anyone see this. Almost home. I hope he's still alive. Laying him on my couch I place my head on his chest. His heart still beats. That's a relief. I need to treat his wound now.

*some hours later*

He's still asleep. I suppose I shouldn't worry too much, his condition has stabilized. I'll let him rest for now and speak to him in the morning, or at least later in the morning given the time.

(Shadow's P.O.V.)

I've awoken in an unfamiliar place. The last thing I can remember is being suddenly attacked by a (C/T). It appears to be early morning. "Oh, you're awake. I was worried you wouldn't wake up." A young (H/C) (C/T) with bright (E/C) eyes appears beside the couch I've been laying on. "Who are you and where are we?" "You're in my house. I... carried you here after you were injured. How are you feeling? Oh, by the way, my name is (Y/N) (L/N)." So I was saved. "Did you see where the other (C/T) went when you found me?" "What other (C/T)?"

(Reader's P.O.V.)

There was another (C/T)??? Did they see me do that? What if they tell authorities? What if they decide to blackmail me? So many things could go wrong right now. The hedgehog shoots me a confused look. "The one that attacked me. Did you see where they went?" The one who attacked you? Then that means... Oh, dear. Here I was worrying that another (C/T) saw me when in reality he was just referring to me. I guess I should think it's lucky he doesn't know I'm the one who attacked him. I'm going to feel really bad about lying to him. "Oh that (C/T)... W-well When I found you they were long gone so I didn't see where they went... I'm sorry I couldn't be of any help." And I'm sorry I'm lying to you Mr. Hedgie. "Oh, Um... I didn't get your name." "It's Shadow. Shadow the Hedgehog."
