A Book of Prompts

1. You discover a baby in the woods.  You don't notice the slight green coloration around it's ears or that the woods go silent when you pick it up.

2. Your father knows everything and you can't understand it.  There is no way he could know what was in the notes you were passing in school.  Then you try on his glasses.

3. You find a USB drive in the park.  You take it home and plug it into your computer.  As soon as it's connected, your computer seems to rearrange itself into a new machine and when it stops, a holographic image appears above it.  It's a message from someone and you know that you weren't supposed to get that USB.

4. You are immune to fire, but that much more vulnerable to cold.

5. You are able to choose any power you want, but you also have to choose a weakness equal to the power.

6. You've walking through school when you see the odd student being bullied.  You try to help, but he pushes you away and yells something that sounds like Dwarvish at the bullies.  One of them grows a duckbill while the other two grow tails from different animals.  He glares at you and mutters something and you feel a pinch at each of your shoulder blades.

7. You have exceptional hearing.  You can hear almost anything, but you are never able to hear what you want to. 

8. Whenever you go, you find matches everywhere.  You've never understood it, but you usually ignore them.  One day, you find a whole matchbox with an annoyed face drawn on it.  You pick it up and strike a match and...

9. You find a universal eraser.  You promptly proceed to erase your parents knowledge of your bad grades in math.

10. You are able to get into your favorite book, but only as your least favorite character.
