Bruno Mars is So Convenient

Blaze's POV

I woke up and saw Destiny sleeping peacefully beside me. That was the first time we've ever slept together... I crawled off the bed trying not to wake her up and headed towards the kitchen. I heard a creek in the floor boards and saw Thunder approach from his room. "hey man." he said while yawning.

"hey. So I've been thinking, me and Destiny have been spending a lot of time together, and.... Iwanttogetheranengagmentringandlaterongetmarried" breathe "iknowwearestillreallyyoungbutireallyloveherandiwanttospendtherestofmylifewithher." breathe

"Oh my gosh. All I heard was ring, married, love, and her. A-are you gonna ask her to marry you?!" he asked. I nodded my head. "c-can we get dressed and go find a ring?" I stuttered a bit. "yeah man, and i think I'm ready too." I smirked, then we both headed back to our rooms to get changed. I changed into some jeans and a hoodie. and when I went back into the kitchen, I saw that Thunder had put on some jeans and a hoodie also.

and being the weirdo he is he said it. "we're twinzies!" I sighed. "I'm driving." I said and grabbed the keys. I darted out of the room before he could complain. I hopped into my red 4x4 and put the keys in the ignition. I pressed the power button on the radio and waited for Thunder. When he hopped in the truck he said, "need these?" and held up my phone and wallet. I grabbed them and smirked. then we drove off. during the whole ride there, the song, Marry You by Bruno Mars was on. How convenient.

We arrived at a jewelry store and hopped out of the car. "last one ins a rotten egg!" he exclaimed before running off towards the store. "oh it's on." I challenged. I ran after him and into the store. we probably looked like mad men, laughing and panting. We paused, because we noticed everyone staring at us. I walked up to the front desk and asked. "where's your engagement rings?" The lady just stared at us.

"Are you two getting married?" She asked looking and pointing between us both. "NO!" We exclaimed in unison. "ok then. over there then make a right." she pointed. "thanks." I said then walked off in that direction. "people these days jeez" Thunder said. "I know right."

We soon saw a bunch of glittering diamonds and gold and silver rings of all kinds. "don't get any quartz." I reminded him. he nodded his head. I almost forgot that non-elementals shopped here too. We separated and searched for some rings, and let me tell ya, it wasn't easy.
