Tegan's POV

"Tegan Anne Silvers!" I heard as soon as I stepped foot onto the tour bus.

I rolled my eyes in annoyance as I simply ignored him and walked straight past. I thought I had avoided him until I felt his grip on my wrist. I swung around and glared at him. I was not in the mood.

"We need to talk." He said in anger.

"No, I don't think we do." I said.

"Dammit Tegan." He said.

"Just get over it Thomas! I'm going to talk to them, I'm going to hang out with them, and you're just going to have to get over it!" I snapped.

He let out a sigh, looking defeated. I had finally got to him.

"I'm sorry Tegan." He said as he released my wrist.

"You have got to chill out a bit Thomas. They're your friends. Do you really think they would do anything to hurt me? I highly doubt that." I said.

"I just, I don't know Tegan. I know they're my friends and I should be able to trust them, but I'm just worried." He said with a slight pout.

"You have nothing to worry about. And if one of them hurts me, I can take care of myself. I know enough about murder. I could kill one of them and leave no evidence." I said simply.

I noticed all of their eyes widen in fear as I simply smirked and as Thomas let out a laugh.

"Alright. I guess I'm not as worried now." he said.

"Good." I said happily.

"Can we play video games now?" Chris whined.

"Do you guys own something other than Black Ops and GTA?" I questioned.

"Mario Kart!" Toby yelled.

"You have no idea what you've just asked for McDonough." I said with a smirk.

"Bring it Silvers." He replied as he began to walk to the back lounge.

"Oh, it's on." I said as I followed.

The rest of the boys followed behind me , laughing as they walked. I overheard Connor question if Thomas thought I was any good, to which he mumbled an 'I don't know.'

Little did they know, I was a Mario Kart expert, and they were all about to go down.

Twenty minutes in and I had beat each and every one of them individually. Toby had pouted about the loss the entire time, and demanded a rematch. Whcih he also lost.

After proving that I was in fact the best of the best, the boys all decided they wanted to watch a movie. And their first mistake was letting me choose.

"How old are you again?" Thomas questioned as he pressed play.

"17. One is never to old for this movie." I said.

"But it's the weirdest movie." Connor said.

"And I know you love Shrek, cause we watched it 12 times..." Riley trailed quietly.

"But maybe you're hoping for a fairy tale too." I said just as quietly.

We were sat side by side, and it seemed that we were quiet enough that no one else had heard us.

"And if your DVD breaks today," He started.

"Should've bought a VCR," I continued.

"Cause I never owned a blue ray,"

"True say."

"And I've always been shit at computer games, and your brother always beats me. And when I lost, I'd go across and chuck all the controllers at the TV." Riley chuckled as he sung.

"And then you'd laugh at me and be asking me if I'm gunna be home next week." I kept going.

"And then you'd lie with me till I fall asleep..." Riley started before being interupted.

"Are you two going to quote Ed Sheeran all night or can we watch the movie?" Connor asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Sorry." We said in unison.

I could feel my cheeks heating up as everyone's attention was on Riley and I. Apparently we had began to sing a little louder at some point and we hadn't even noticed. Riley was softly laughing at my embarassment.

"Shut up." I said as I punched him in the shoulder.

"You hit like a girl." He said.

"Probably because I am a girl." I said as I rolled my eyes.

"You are?!?" Riley gasped in surprise.

"Watch it hotshot." I said as I shoved him a bit.

"Just because I'm okay with you guys hanging out, doesn't mean I want to see you flirting 24/7 now." Thomas said with a glare.

"She started it." Riley said as he held his hands up in surrender.

I rolled my eyes before focusing my attention on the movie. After the first movie was over, Chris and Connor decided to go to bed, leaving just Riley, Toby, Thomas and I. Toby picked the next movie, choosing Captain America. Half way through the movie, Thomas went to bed as well, telling us all to behave.

When Captain America was over, Toby went off to bed as well, leaving Riley and I to the back lounge. He picked the next movie, choosing something I never expected him to choose.

"Are you sure YOU aren't a girl?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Just because I like Titanic, does not make me a girl." He said as he sat back down beside me.

"Sure." I said with a giggle.

"Are you tired, like at all?" Riley asked.

"Not really. I'm not a big sleeper. Never have been." I said as I fidgeted a bit, hoping he wouldn't dig too much into it.

"Do you have like, insomnia?" He asked.

"Yeah, actually." I said uncomfortably.

"Oh." He said, "I'm sorry I brought it up. You don't seem like you want to talk about it."

"Not really no." I said.

"I won't make you then. But if you ever want someone to talk to, I'm here." He said with a small smile.

"Thanks Riley." I said returning the smile.

"You ready for Titanic then?" He asked.

"I suppose so. Warning, I'm gunna cry at the end." I said.

"Spoiler alert, so will I." He whispered.

I giggled before moving a bit and putting my back against his side. He, in return, put his arm around my waist, holding me close. It was a nice gesture, and it was different. But I like that. I like different.
