When He Left

1 week ago you had gotten out of the hospital. Everyday you thought about how hard to were on him. He left you and he knew he was wrong. You stepped out of Mr. John's shop. You hadn't picked up anything. You didn't feel like it anymore. You decided to go back home. Tao didn't say there. He stayed in a hotel not too far away. He called everyday but you never answered.
"(Y/n)!" Tao cried. You looked at him then ran. You didn't want to face him. You held on to your arm. A light rain started to fall. Unsure of where to go you ran up the park hill. By the time you had reached to the top, it had grown dark and the rain was heavier than before. No where to go you stood near the edge. What now? You thought.  Tao ran up behind you. "(Y/n) I'm sorry!" He yelled. The rain poured down on the two of you. "Please don't leave me. I'm sorry." Tears automatically started when you heard him. You didn't want to cry. You didn't want to see him. "Tao I- I don't think I can stay with you." He grabbed your hand. "Please." He begged.
"Tao you hurt me. You left me for a year. You told me nothing. Do you know what people were saying to me? About me? I was blamed for everything! Your fans attacked me online and in person. Paparazzi wouldn't leave me alone. People broke in to our home. The home me and you bought together, lived in together. Not once in the 6 years we've been together have we ever been apart for so long. Not before you were in exo and not while you were part of exo. The longest was 2 weeks and you called every single day!" You yelled. "Not once have you left me alone. I've never felt so alone, so lonely and stuck. It was like you disappeared but the only place you disappeared from was my heart and life." He fell to his knees he hugged your lower half. His head against your stomach. "(Y/n) I'm sorry. I was wrong. I shouldn't have left you like that. It was stupid and the worst idea I have ever had. While I was away all I could think of was you.  Every girl I saw I thought was you. I wanted to call and text but I thought- I thought you would be disappointed in me for leaving exo and not telling you what I had planned. Truth is" he paused, "I didn't even know what I had planned or what I was doing. I just went with the flow of everything. But my biggest mistake" He stood up and looked you in the eyes. "My biggest mistake was not taking you with me. I left you here to fend for yourself. I should've known they would come after you. If they couldn't get to me of course they'd come after you. I had the power to protect you, save you from all of this and I didn't use it." He leaned his head on your shoulder. "I'm so sorry (y/n). I'm so sorry I did this too you. It was unfair to put you in this position. You're my love, my Cinderella girl. The reason I feel awake. Without you I felt alone. You weren't there to wake me up in the morning. I couldnt hear your sweet voice say Tao. You have the crown on my heart. It feels just like yesterday that I met and fell in love with you. We are one heart. You gave in reluctantly and loved me too even though you didn't want to at first. My mom loves you. You're the sovereign of me. I love you (y/n)! I hope my confession of love isn't too late to bring you back to my side. You are my baby." You hugged him back. He had quoted every song he had. How could you not love him again or more rather. You never stopped loving him. You couldn't. 6 years together. He was your first everything. Your first love, your first kiss, your first boyfriend. He protected you on multiple occasions and a couple of days ago he saved your life only for you to be stupid and hurt yourself anyway. "I don't blame you for the fall. I brought that on myself. But I can't get over the feeling of abandonment. It may sound dramatic but it's what I feel."
"And you have the right to feel that way. But (y/n) I'll make it up to you. Will you let me?" You nod 
"Yes Tao." He smiled looking relieved.
"Let me get you out this rain. He put his jacket over your head. "No, no, no. You need this." You give it back. "You have no sleeves on. Take it. He puts it back on you.
