After 9 long months of filming, 5 months of promo, and days on end of waiting,
the premiere was finally here.
The entire IT cast gathered on the red carpet to bask in the glory of what they've accomplished. Posing for photos from over 300 photographers, the night was going to be pretty surreal.
Courtney Hallee (let's just say that's your last name okie) had an arm wrapped around her boyfriend, co star Jaeden Lieberher. The rest of the Loser's club was huddled around them smiling for the cameras.
Over the loud noise and music, a small voice that could only be Courtney's whispered into Jaeden's ear,
"I'm so excited for tonight. It's absolutely crazy."
Sure she was excited for the premiere, but Jaeden was even more excited for the sleepover the cast was having later.
Having her schedule packed with promo shoots, interviews and such, Jaeden hadn't been able to spend time with her lately.
"I'm so excited for later."
With a wink, he walked her into the auditorium.
After the movie had ended, and interviews had been done, all of them loaded into the limo to head to the rental house their director, Andy, had booked for them.
"Guys, let me just say; this has been an incredible experience, and I would not be here if it weren't for you guys." Sophia started, tearing up.
Courtney put an arm around the girl's shoulder, and decided to pair-phrase it for her;
"What she's trying to say is we fucking crushed it!"
Jaeden smiled at the ginger haired girl, happy to know he had her as a girlfriend.
"Courtney's right. And tonight is going to get even better!" Jack shouted, followed by a series of cheers from Wyatt, Chosen, Jeremy & Finn.
At the house, everyone got situated in their rooms. Rejoining downstairs, and in much more comfortable clothes, they sat on the couches and chairs, enjoying each other's presence.
Sophia, Finn & Chosen sat on a couch while Jeremy & Wyatt were on another.
Jack was in a recliner, as well as Courtney & Jaeden who were sharing one.
"Okay so we have snacks, movies, music, and one love struck couple. We all gotta keep an eye on you two." Finn said pointing his finger at them, half joking half serious.
"God Finn, let them be. I think it's adorable."
Chosen said, making Courtney show him a wide smile.
Jaeden lifted her chin up, giving her a small peck on the lips.
"Okay. Ew. How about we play some music & do some freestyle?" Jeremy broke the silence.
After some terrible rapping from Jack & Finn, opera singing from Wyatt & Sophia, and plain old great singing from Chosen, they decided on just playing music and talking.
When 'This Is Gospel' by Panic! At The Disco came on, Courtney couldn't help herself and started dancing, (very weirdly) and completely bellowed the lyrics.
Unknowingly to the cast, she had been singing since she was little, and had quite a knack for it. After the song was finished, she looked up from her dance spasm, and realized everyone had been watching.
"Haha. Whoops. Usually only do that in the shower." She said blushing, returning back to her spot next to Jaeden.
"Are we just going to ignore how good that was?" Jaeden spat, still in shock.
Everyone agreed, leaving a very red Courtney to sit and chuckle to herself.
After the series of movies, rounds of truth or dare, and odd conversations later, they all decided to go up to their rooms.
"Hey, Court? Did you want to watch some Netflix in my room?" Jaeden spoke to the bottom of the staircase, where Courtney was located.
"Yeah, sure."
They both made their way into the fairly large room, where Courtney plopped on Jaeden's bed. He laid on his side, resting his head on his hand, admiring her beauty.
"Why didn't you tell me you could sing? What you did down there was amazing."
He tucked a piece of hair behind her ear, making her smile.
"I don't know. I've just never thought I was that good but having you say that really makes me feel different."
Having a boyfriend as kind as he was, Courtney's true personality was brought out from being with him.
Leaning in, his words got quieter,
"I love you so much."
And with that, he kissed her at first gently, but things started to go faster.
He had never been like this before, and it was a change for both Courtney and Jaeden.
As things started to get a lil bit heated, Jaeden hovered over top of her, leaving small kisses down her jaw & collarbone.
After they pulled away, Jaeden fell next to Courtney, who was out of breath.
"Where did you learn to do that Lieberher?"
She giggled.
"Hey, you kissed back."
He held his arms up in defence.
They cuddled, ate candy, and fell asleep in each other's arms.
