Jaeden's POV;

Parties weren't my thing at all. They were filled with underage drunks dancing with each other, trying to get some.
I didn't like that vibe at all. It just wasn't me.
My close friend Jack invited me, saying that it would be fun to loosen up, and maybe find someone.
By that he meant finding some girl to screw.
Jack is an amazing person. Sweet, caring, funny; but he fell too hard for girls.
He liked them so much after a short time, but then they would dump him like yesterday's trash. He really does deserve someone that genuinely likes him.

My current state was standing in the corner of the mansion belonging to god knows who, slowly sipping on a bottle of water. The music was blaring some inaudible trap music, and people were scattered everywhere. Some were on couches making out, others were on the dance floor jumping around.
I was looking at my feet when Jack came up to me. Surprisingly sober.
"Hey Jaeden, how's it going? Find a cute girl yet?" His eyebrows were moving up and down while a smirk was plastered on his face.
"Jack. I don't roll like that. I'm just here for moral support."
I gave him a serious look, remembering last years events.
Back then, Jack was the life of the party. Drinking, getting wasted, always ending up at someone's house. He was going down a dark path. That was until I met him. Being alone with him just talking, I saw a different side than everyone else. A genuine side. From then on he's been on a clean slate, and couldn't be happier.
"Hey, look at her."
He pointed towards a girl in a light pink off the shoulder crop top, and high waisted denim shorts. She was looking down at her feet, twiddling the ends of her long hair.
Obviously, she was having about just as much fun as I was.
"You know what? I'm gonna go talk to her. She looks like she needs a friend."
"Thatta boy!" Jack shouted as I made my way to the quiet girl in the corner.

"Hey, I'm Jaeden."
Getting a good look at her, she was gorgeous.
Her dark brown wavy hair sat on her shoulders, while the subtle auburn freckles upon her cheekbones complimented her eyes.
"I-I'm y/n." She was obviously nervous, I would be too, considering the creeps that were checking her out.
"Do you want to go somewhere quiet? I can't stand this music and their dance moves are terrible."
Her eyes looked up from her black vans and they met mine,
"Sure. I'd like that."

We went up the stairs, knocking on bedroom doors, making sure no one was in them.
Once we found a vacant room, we entered where a nervous y/n was still looking down.
"Hey, don't be nervous. I'm not like those other douchebags. My friend made me come and I've done nothing but stand in a corner all night."
She looked up and gave me a fragile smile.
"Yeah, my friend said this would be 'super fun' but all that I got was catcalled. I don't like parties as you can tell." She giggled, making me smile.
God, she's so beautiful.
"So, I haven't seen you around school before, are you new?"
I was intrigued by her, only knowing her name, I wanted to hear more.
"Actually yeah. I moved from Canada about 3 weeks ago and I start school next Monday. It's been pretty rough. You're one of the only people who has made an effort to ask about me."
Her small laugh broke my heart, I could see a tear forming in her eye.
"Hey, hey. Don't cry it's okay."
She let out a sob and I pulled her into my chest.
Here I was. Sitting on an unknown person's bed with a girl I just met crying in my arms. Somehow it felt right though, like it was meant to happen.
She looked up, and I could feel her breathing on my neck.
She was leaning in, and I found myself doing it too.
When our lips met, it was like a missing puzzle piece that I finally found.
We moved in sync, my hands finding their way to her waist and hers to my neck.
I took off my jean jacket leaving me in a white t shirt and jeans. I leaned her back onto the bed, hovering over top of her. The kiss turned into more (THE SIZZLE PEOPLE THE SIZZLE) and it was getting heated.
She tugged at the hem of my shirt and I took it off. She rolled over so I was below her continued the kiss. She trailed kisses down my jaw and back to my lips.
I ran my hands up the side of her waist. Before going any further I needed her consent.
"I-is this o-okay?" She slowly nodded and slipped off the pink shirt.
"You're beautiful, y/n." She blushed and we both sat up. She had her legs wrapped around my torso and hands in my hair. I left small kisses down her collarbone and to her ear.

I really like this girl.

The next morning I woke up in the same bed, holding onto y/n who was wearing my t shirt, which amounted to a dress on her. It complimented her slim frame perfectly. Her beautiful features were highlighted in the morning light.
Last night was amazing.
It just shows that you don't have to do it to meet someone special.
Y/n was my someone special.
She wasn't someone I'd have a one night stand with and leave.
She was exquisite.
Her mind was as beautiful as she was.
I guess I owe it all to Jack. Without him I never would've met y/n.
Never change buddy, never change.

a/n holy crap I've never written anything like that so plz don't attack me I am only a smol Canadian bean
