Does He Know (Book1.BWWM)

I stayed up all night being bored with my music an journal. I wrote so much about Tyler,it's ridiculous. It was never supposed to be this way; but last summer I finally came to terms with my feelings and I've realized that I'm in love with him but I just don't know how too tell him or if I even should tell him. "Jadaaaa breakfast is ready!". They always have to yell around here like I'm hard of hearing. I rush down stairs and sit at the table along with my dad , mom an older brother and begin eating breakfast.

"Jada and Jeremy we have great news." my dad says smiling as hard as he can.

"What is it mom?" I look up an say.

"You guys are going to be having a little brother or sister!" Both my parents yell in excitement.

"We knew that already mom. No offense but I've noticed the weight gain". My brother can be so blunt sometimes.

"Jeremy you better watch your mouth. That's no way to talk to your mother!"

Before the argument continued,I excused myself from the table and ran back upstairs. My brother never got along with our father for some reason. I flop down on my bed an pull out my journal an began writing.

Idk why my mom is so happy about having this baby. I mean she always said she wanted four kids but now that I'm going to be graduating soon I think it's a little too late for her to be having another child. Jeremy recently moved back home after things didn't work out in college for him. Dad hasn't been to work in I don't know when. I honestly think he's gotten fired. An then to top it all off who's going to be baby sitting? Not I.. I refuse.

It's finally Monday morning and I barley got any sleep last night. I have so much on my mind. I wish I had someone to talk to about it. Today is gonna be a drag. I just know it I think to myself as I finally reach my locker. I see Randy Jones walking my way and quickly try to grab everything before he comes but I fail horribly.

"Goodmorning jay-bae!"

"Randy it's too early for your flirting plus I'm not in the mood".

"Rough weekend?"

"Just the usual".

"I guess I can let you slide today" he says before smacking my behind and taking off down the hall way.

"Jerk!" I call out after him.

Randy has always had a crush on me since elementary, but I've never looked at him in that way. I barley look at him as a friend. He's so annoying. Just as I finally retrieve my book I see Tyler walking down the hall with what's her name. I roll my eyes and walk off before I'm seen. God knows I don't want to speak to him or be anywhere near her.

My first four classes were okay but 5th period is going to be the worst. I have that class with Tyler and Melanie. "I wish my parents would get me a car already. I would so ditch this class" I say to myself out loud as I walk in class. I take a seat in the far back and begin taking out my pen and paper. Tyler walks in with Melanie on his tail and sits down where we usually sit together with her. He turns around and says something to me but I pay him no mind and just start writing down today's assignment and homework. I sigh and slouch down in my seat. Lunch please hurry up.
