Everyday is a struggle for you. At the beginning you could handle it, that was 7 years ago. Now, it all caved on you and you just wanted death. No one knew about your depression but you did have your suspicions on one person, Angela (mercy). It's been nearly a month since you're last attempt at suicide, but you always coward out of it. Ever since you joined Overwatch you wanted to help people, be a hero, but it never made a difference to you. Sure, you had friends and family but they got in the way all the time. It was a Monday morning. Got ready for work, welcomed by everyone, a normal day I guess. You was with Lena and Lúcio in the training area.
"You ok Y/N? Look a little down luv." Lena said with a bit of concern on her face. You looked at her.
"I'm fine. Just... Didn't get any sleep last night." You said as you loaded your gun ready to fire at the train bot. She agreed and blinked off somewhere. Lúcio, he stayed with you to train also.
"So what's been going on with you recently, you've been acting a little strange." You didn't answer, just kept firing at the bot. He stopped and put his hand on your shoulder.
"You know, we are here for you Y/N." You gave a sigh and gave him a little smile.
"I know" you said as you walked away. Lúcio shook his head and carried on training.
Around 20 minutes later you headed to you're dorm and sat on a chair. You began to cry thinking about what he said. He didn't know you're pain, or how bad you're situation is. All you can ever think about is dying, thinking that it would be a solution for you. You continued to cry for a further 30 minutes until you heard a knock at the door.
"Hello? You there luv?" You knew that voice anywhere. It was Lena. You wiped away your tears and opened the door. You saw that she a bottle in her hands.
"What's that?" You barley managed to speak out. She gave it to you.
"You told me you have problems sleeping so I thought why not give these to you. There sleeping pills. I have trouble sleeping at times and these work fine but only take one or two ok." She hugged you and you hugged back with the saddest face, she didn't see that though. She walked away as you sat on you're bed. You looked at the pills and thought about what she said. 'Only take one or two' you thought as you took out 6 of the pills. You gave a sigh as you reached to you're desk and wrote a note. 10 minutes later you finished it. It read...
' To my friends.
All of you have done a lot for me in my life, and I appreciate it. However, none of you know what I go though on a daily
basis. I really hate my life and my self for being like this. I hope after you read this I'll no longer be here but rather at
peace. Throughout my life I've had challenges that I could handle. Now that I've gotten older I can't handle it anymore
every day it's the same, wake up, work, come home, sleep. It's everyday, nothing exciting ever happens here and it's
gotten to the point where I can't live with it. I'm sorry for not being there for the rest of you at time but I hope you all
forgive me for what I've done. I love you all.

With that out the way you went to the bathroom to get some water. You ate the pills and drank the water as you looked in the mirror.
"Look at yourself. All I see is failure. No longer." As you said that you walked back to you're bed and rested.
1 hour passed... 2 hours passed... 3 hours passed.... At this point some people began to get worried about you, especially Lena and Lúcio. They went to you're room and knocked in the door.
"Y/N, Y/N you ok?" Lena said. No answer. Lúcio did the same with the same answer. It got to the stage of banging you're door. Lena shouted for 76 and mercy to come over, 76 knocked the door down to see you unconscious. He shouted for Mercy to check on you.
"His/her heart rate is slowing down. Looks like he/she overdosed on these sleeping pills. We need to get him/her to the medical bay immediately." 76 picked you up and rushed to the medical bay. Lena read the letter and began to cry.
"It's all my fault! Why didn't I see this coming!" As she sobbed hugging Lúcio. Once everyone got to the medical bay Angela requested absolute silence for concentration. So, everyone had to leave the room.
It took hours for Angela to help you regain consciousness. You opened you're eyes slowly to see Angela standing above you. She looked at you with a sad expression. You began to cry and she hugged you.
"I DONT WANT TO FUCKING LIVE NO MORE!" She rubbed you back gently.
"Shhh. Calm down Y/N. I'm here for you. I know it's hard but that's life. I won't leave you until you get better ok?" You still cried a little. She wiped away you're tears and gave you a kiss on the lips causing you to stop.
"I will always be here Y/N. Feel a bit better?" You nodded as she helped you up and hugged you again.
"I love you Y/N. Remember that. I always will."
"I-I love you t-too" you said as you hugged her with a smile. An actual smile with passion.
"Never give up on yourself. The world needs you. Now, could you please tell me why your like this. How did it all start?"
"Well... It all began when I was 18. I didn't have the best start of a teenage life. My parents got divorced. I didn't have any friends at this time either. On top of it all I had to leave the house because my mom couldn't manage with me. It went downhill from there. I was homeless, had no job either. It was horrible. Especially with what's been going on with the world as of recently. One day though I came across a poster that was recruiting for Overwatch. So I applied thinking that I could do good for this world. However, no one really appreciated what I've done for them so that made things worse until it lead to this. There are other things that I don't want to say. There too personal."
"I see... Well, if you ever feel like this again come to me. Now, get some rest. I'll take you to your room."
Once you two got to your room Angela said something unexpected.
"Hey, Y/N. Do you... Wanna get coffee? I know it's a bit odd to say at this moment but I like you. You have friends and you helped so many people. It's the least I can do." You smiled at her.
"Yes. Yes I'd love that!" You waved goodbye to her as you entered the room.
"Well, things seem to be getting better already."
