You might say I'm a typical teenager,
But there's so much more,
I'm not doing this for attention,
You listening is all I ask for.
I get hit for things I don't have,
I get blamed for things I didn't do,
I get bullied for something I'm not,
Just listen, what I'm saying is all true.
I hate my family,
That might be a shock,
All they do is shout at me,
While I stare at them talk.
All I want to do is run,
And pretend no one can see,
No one would be sad or unhappy,
That's how life should be.
If I lived in a world,
Where no one would judge,
People would see their flaws,
And not hold a grudge.
I don't know how to express myself,
So I just stay silent and quiet,
But if you take a peep inside my head,
There'll be a screaming riot.
