Chapter 12 - A Decitful Playdate

"Do it." Thomas spoke without hesitation. "Make sure she's safe. I cant lose her."

"Ok. I'll go over there right now." I say, and I teleport over to Deceit's home in the woods.

~time skip~

I've been inspecting the household, and I'm getting more and more angry by the minute. I decide to go to Y/N's room and keep her company.

I get inside Y/N's "room" and see her shivering and crying. Poor kid. She didn't deserve this. None of it.

"Hey, hey, it's ok, buddy. I'm here." I tell her as I hug her.

Y/N continues to cry as I hug her. I take off my hoodie and give it to her. Finally, she realises that she is safe, and Y/N relaxes.

"It's ok, kid. I got ya." I whisper.

I hear someone yelling in the background. Deceit. I hope the others get here soon. I keep glancing through the window. Please hurry, guys.

Thomas POV

"We need to hurry up. Deceit is probably checking on Y/N frequently, and Virgil could be caught at any moment. They both could very well be in danger!" I explain to Roman, Patton and Logan.

"Fortunately, I have devised a plan. I told Virgil about my plan before he left the mind scape, so he is already informed." Logan states.

Logan then explains the plan to us. What we needed to do was catch Deceit off guard, so we have to sneak around his house and find an opening. Patton would distract Deceit, along with Logan. Then, Roman would guard the door while Virgil and I help Y/N escape. Then, we would all trap Deceit in the mind scape, never to be seen again.

"What if the plan fails, specs? Do we have a Plan B?" Roman asks.

"If all else fails, Virgil told me that he knew something that would destroy Deceit, and could possibly banish him for good." Logan says with a grim expression. "He would explain what he meant, but I'm thinking that Virgil might know something that Deceit doesn't. Let's hope for the best."

"Patton, you've been awfully quiet. Are you okay?" Roman asks.

Patton slowly stands up. "No one messes with my children. Especially not Y/N. Let's go." Patton then storms out of the room, clearly angered by Deceit's actions.

Of course, we follow close behind.

Roman POV

We arrive at the house, which, honestly, doesn't deserve to be called a house. This place is a run down shack, if anything else. I see wood rotting to the point where it looks like it will turn to dust if you even blow on it. The door is halfway off its hinges, and ninety percent of the windows have been smashed to pieces (which are still scattered all over the place).

The "house" is truly repulsive. If it weren't for Y/N, I wouldn't be going near this place.

But alas, a prince must always fulfil his duties.

The four of us-being Patton, Logan, Thomas and me- walk around the house trying to sneak our way in. It's very difficult to move around the... property without making noise. Deceit is currently having a hissy fit (A/N: Pun ENTIRELY intended) in the living room. Throwing things and yelling like an animal! Simply atrocious! Y/N must be scared for her life. She never liked loud noises.

Logan and Patton decide to sneak in through the window to Deceit's right. Next to the couch. Thomas and I sneak after them through a window on the opposite side.
