Perrie's POV
I wake up the next morning when the sunlight creeping through the curtains shines on my face. I stir leisurely, but stop immediately when I feel a small body lying on mine. I open my eyes and see her perfectly shaped body lying on me. I remember everything we did yesterday: confessing our love for each other, me facetiming Alex and she comforting me after that. We must've fallen asleep after her I asked her out on a date.
Ohhh, the date. I already have an idea about what I'm going to do. I just hope everything will go as how I was imagining it last night. It's our first date, so it has to be absolutely perfect.
Jade pulls me out of my thoughts when she moves a bit. She puts her head in my hair and sighs. Knowing she likes it when someone does it, I start massaging her scalp. I turn my head a bit and inhale her scent. Even though I'm not able to smell it, I can imagine it and I'm sure she smells amazing.
I look at her and start admiring her body. Jade isn't the most confident one when it comes to her body, but I honestly can't understand why. She's so beautiful. Her caramel brown hair is so soft and seems to always fall in perfect shape. These brown eyes whose colour gets darker the closer you get to the pupils. Her toned stomach that I'm dying to have. Her perfectly round bum. These little breasts that she hates so much, but that I think make her even more special. I could go on about her beauty for hours.
My hand travels its way to the hem of her shirt to lift it up slowly. I put my hand on her now exposed back and start drawing random patterns on it. Goosebumps arise under my touch and I smile. I kiss her on her forehead just before she stirs and lets out a cute whimper.
"Well, hello there, sleepy head." I say.
"Good morning." She answers with a raspy voice.
"You want me to make you some breakfast?" I offer.
"Yeah, sure."
"Are pancakes okay?" She nods. "Great. You go get ready and then come downstairs."
She pecks my lips before getting of me and heading to the bathroom. I go to the kitchen and start baking.

Jade's POV
Before I head downstairs, I decide to facetime Jed to tell him everything. I open my laptop and go to Facetime. His face almost immediately pops up on my screen after I called him.
"Hi, Jadey, how are you?"
"I'm good. How are you?"
"I'm fine. I guess you're calling me because you have to tell me something?"
"Yeah, I told Perrie everything yesterday."
"Let me guess: it went well?"
"How do you know that?" I ask him quite confused that he knows that.
"I know that because you look really happy and if it would have gone bad, you wouldn't be smiling right now."
"That's true."
"So, give me details..."
I start telling him everything about yesterday and this morning, with every little detail like the kiss and every little word we said to each other.
"Aww, you should've told her so much earlier."
"Yeah, I know. But I'm happy I did it eventually. She's taking me on a date today."
"I'm really happy for you!" He exclaims.
"I wanna thank you, Jed, for always being there for me, for always having my back and for helping me out when I need it. I couldn't have done this without you."
"You're welcome, Jade. Even though everything's alright right now, I'm still here for you and I always will be. You're my ex-girlfriend after all." He winks at me and we laugh.
"Jade!" I hear Perrie yell at me.
"Perrie's calling me, so I got to go. Bye, talk to you later!"
"Bye."
I end the call and head downstairs as fast as I can.
"I hope you're hungry because I made a lot of pancakes, but if you don't manage to eat all of them, I'm glad to help you." She says as soon as she sees me.
"Oh, you're so helpful. I love it." I say sarcastically. I know Perrie loves to eat, so I'm not even surprised she wants to eat loads of them.
She laughs at my comment, but stops immediately to start eating. I look at her. Gobbling like she hasn't eaten for days; this is exactly how I know her. I sit down and also start eating.
It's weird how things can change so quickly. Before yesterday, we hadn't spoken to each other for two days and today we're going on a date. Which reminds me...
"Pez, what do I have to wear on our date?"
"Wear something comfortable, as casual as possible. Nothing too tight or anything, you'll regret that."
"And why's that? What are we going to do?" I ask curiously.
"You'll see when we get there. It's still a surprise."
"Can I at least get a hint?" Knowing she can't resist them, I pull out my puppy eyes and as I predicted, she gives in rather quickly.
"It's very cosy, but that's all I'm gonna say."

Perrie left two hours ago to get everything ready after we spent the entire day talking and snuggling. Before she left, she told me she'd pick me up around 6 o'clock, so that means I'm left here all alone for an hour still. I already picked out my outfit for tonight: just a simple sweatshirt with cute loose pants. Simple, just like Perrie said.
I walk into the bathroom to take a quick shower before I do my hair and put on my make-up and my outfit. Standing in the shower, I start thinking, like I always do.
If this date goes right, which I suppose it will, it's my turn to take Perrie out on date. I start brainstorming about different kind of dates, depending on things we both like to do. An idea comes into my mind and I already start working it out, before realizing I have been standing in the shower for too long already. I jump out of it and start drying myself off with my towel. I lay my hair into the right shape and put my outfit on. Just when I'm about to apply my make-up on my face, I hear the front door opening.
"Jade, you ready? Where are you?" I hear her yell from downstairs.
"I'm here, in the bathroom." I yell back.
I hear the footsteps coming upstairs approaching me. I had imagined it totally different: she coming to pick me up and me walking down the staircase, while she would be drooling all over me. But I guess this is nice too... She walks in and looks at me.
"You are so beautiful." She says while eyeing me from head to toe.
"You don't look bad yourself, Edwards."
"Well, thank you m'lady." She comes over to me and kisses me on the cheek. I'm still waiting for a second real kiss, but I'm waiting for the right moment. Right now, I don't think it's appropriate to just kiss her any time I want. She isn't mine yet after all.
"Are you ready?" She asks me smilingly.
"I have to put on some make-up, but then I'll be ready. I'm sorry, but I took too much time in the shower."
"That's okay. And besides, you don't have to put on make-up. You are already perfect enough."
I smile at her. I don't know what I ever did to deserve her in my life. She's caring, innocent, gentle, beautiful and so much more.
Coming back to reality, I start applying my make-up, but however see Perrie staring at me with a huge smile plastered on her face.
