(Y/n) stared at Add for a moment while processing what he'd just said. Assassin? Add was looking at her with a lot of worry and a slight hint of 'what the hell did I do to you to make you want to hunt and kill people' in his eyes.

"No, no, Add, no. I'm not an assassin. I don't murder people for money. Trust me, I'm not that desperate," (y/n) said in an attempt to calm Add's nerves.

He still doubted her because the he had the same look in his eyes. "You said you hunt people," he said.

"No, I said it's usually people. Sometimes I hunt nasods or even demons. I swear I'm not a murderer. I never actually kill anyone," she said as persuasively as possible. Add stared at her with the same look still in his eyes until he finally sighed.

"Okay...where's the weird hidden room full of odd trophies from your victims. Every assassin has one of those," Add said while crossing his arms and waiting for her to reveal the secret room.

"Add! Are you serious? I'm not a assassin! I'm a vigilante!" (y/n) nearly shouted.

"A what now?" Add said with doubt still in his voice. (Y/n) facepalmed.

"I hunt down criminals and turn them in. I'm like the El Search Party, but I work alone and I don't go after nasod researchers. In fact, the El Search Party is on of my rivals," (y/n) explained while shaking her head at Add.

"Oh...part of me was still hoping you'd be an assassin and all," Add said with a little disappointment.

"You're kidding right?" (y/n) said. Add had to be joking about that.

"What? No, I actually kind of hoped you we actually an assassin. They aren't that bad right?" Add said as he thought of what (y/n) would be like if she really was an assassin.

(Y/n) decided to ignore that. "So you believe me now?" she asked.

"Yeah but I just have one question. Are we going to go now or what?" Add said as though the whole 'I thought you were an assassin' incident didn't just happen a few minutes ago.

"Let me get some stuff and then we can go," (y/n) said while rolling her eyes. Why had she gotten over her heartbreak so easily? (Y/n) didn't take much since most of the things she wanted to take with her were already in the form of a tattoo somewhere on her arm. "Come on Shadow! Let's go!" she called as she went to where Add stood waiting at the door. Shadow wasted no time in showing up but he went to Add instead of (y/n). It wasn't like she actually cared who the cat went to.

"So where are we going? Must be some sort of awesome place right?" Shadow said.

"I actually don't know. Add, didn't you say there was a place that you wanted to take me?" (y/n) said while she walked outside.

Add glanced at her and gave a slight smile. "Yeah, there is this one place that I'm sure you'll love to see, but I doubt we'll be able to get there easily. I don't really know exactly where this place is. I still think you'll love it though," Add said. He was staring thoughtfully into space while he waited for (y/n) to lock the door.

"So if you don't know where to look for this place, how will we find it?" (y/n) asked, poking his arm to get his attention.

"It's simple. All we have to do is travel until we find it right? If it's as beautiful as that guy claimed it's supposed to be, then I'm willing to wait however long it takes for us to get there because I want you to see it. It's going to make you happy, no doubt about it," Add said. It was during moments like these that (y/n) wished time would simply just stop, but of course that was impossible.

"I think we'll start by going back to Elder. We haven't been there in a while. I think there's a place there that you'd probably want to visit," Add said as he tried to figure out which direction that would be in.

"Ah yes, Elder seems like a good choice, but I want to know where this place is that you plan on taking my daughter. I also want to know who you are and why you think it's your right to take ownership of her," a far too familiar voice said. (Y/n) froze on the spot, not even daring to turn around to see who had spoken because she already knew who it was. She'd always dreaded the day she'd ever have to hear or even see this person again.

Add glanced at the person but really paid him no attention. "And you are?" he asked the person as he finally paid the man a little bit of his attention.

"Didn't you hear me the first time when I spoke to you? I am..." the person was saying.

"Yeah okay, I know who you are. What I should be saying is that I don't care, and I know why you're here. I just got (y/n) back. I'm not about to let you take her away from me," Add said as he eventually turned to the man with a glare. Yes, this person was none other than (y/n)'s adoptive father.

(Y/n) slowly backed up and hid behind Add. She was afraid of this man, yet she couldn't understand why when she had become so powerful. Maybe it was the unnerving aura that he gave off. Whatever it was, (y/n) was afraid of it.

"Lusa...I'm scared," she whispered as tears started to form in her eyes. Add glanced back at her then focused back on (y/n)'s father.

"Why did you just now decide to show up? You've had all of this time to find her while I wasn't here, yet you choose to show up when I do. I thought you'd left her behind. Had you not returned, this would be easier," her father said. Add remained still, watching her father to make sure he didn't even move. There were too many people around for them to make a quick getaway. "Well...I'm waiting. Give her back so you can live out the rest of your life," (y/n)'s father said. If at all possible, Add's glare got worse and more menacing.

"You're crazy if you think I'm going to let you treat (y/n) like an object. She belongs to no one but herself. At the same time she's still mine. If you want to get to her, you'll have to kill me first," Add said. It was then that (y/n) figured out her father's plan, but she couldn't tell if it was too late to save Add from certain death. With the possibility of knowing she could do something, (y/n) took action before it was too late.
