I Don't Need You Now

Chapter 9

I looked at her and then looked away. So this is what she is like. She is not as bad as she was claimed to be.

"Alright. I'm going to sleep." And then she left and I walked up to my room and lay down. And that's how the next two days went until Damon showed up.

*After They All Get Drunk**

(Recap Damon's P.O.V) "You signed me up for school?! I look to be 22 years old!" I exclaimed. Stefan nodded. "But we're all going to a school outside of Mystic Falls. It's called Falls High. It starts in three days." Stefan explained. I grabbed a bottle of Scotch and took a sip until it was pulled away and Elena started to drink it. Caroline laughed and Bonnie did the girly thing along with Jenna. "How romantic!" They cooed. I need new 'friends'! I grabbed another bottle and before we knew it, everyone was drunk and then I fell asleep with Elena in my arms. In the pool. On a float. Well we were drunk so what happens when your drunk stays in the drunkenness of the darkness.

(Present Elena's P.O.V)

I sat up and I instantly felt that my legs were wet along with everything but my head. I looked in and saw that I was on a float with Damon in the pool. Alaric and Jenna on another, Bonnie and Jeremy, Caroline and Tyler, and Stefan and Matt were on other floats around the pool. It was weird that no one else was awake.

I gently shook Damon until e rolled over. Into the pool with a flop sound. By then everyone was looking around confused.

"What the hell! Why are we in the pool?" Jenna yelled as she fell in too along with Tyler, Matt, and Bonnie.

"I think we all got too drunk. Next time, can we not sleep in a pool?" I said aloud to no one inparticular.

As everyone trudged into the house with wet clothes and a massive hangover. Me, Stefan, and Damon were the only one in the house as everyone went home or fell asleep on the couch in the front yard. I wonder how that got there.

We walked into the kitchen to see it relatively clean except for the bottles of liquor. I sat down on the window seat with Damon and Stefan sat on the chair at the table.

"So what did you guys do at the Volturi?"Stefan asked as he got up and made coffee. Me and Damon exchanged a look and I smiled as he started.

"Well brother, we went there and then kicked some ass. Then we came back here and we all got hammered. Sound good?" And Stefan looked up and shrugged.

"Well I'm surprised that no one was killed, and there was no sarcasm for a change. I am quite happy." And then he left the room with a thing of coffee.

"I talked to Katherine." I said when Damon got up and took out a blood bag. He froze and looked at me to see if I was playing him. I frowned. I thought that this little outburst was going to make him mad, but all he did was shrug.

"What did she say?" He asked casually while drinking the blood. But I just looked at him and smiled.

"I thought you would be mad. I was contemplating weather to tell you or not. We drank liquor and told our life story's to each other. Now what is on the plan to do today?" I asked him with glee.

He tapped his chin. "I don't know Elena. What do you want to do?" He asked as we both got lost in thought until he yelled.

"Let's go car shopping!" He yelled making me jump at his little outburst. I smiled and looked at him. I walked up to the counter and sat on it so he was leaning up against it and I was taller than him.
