"Today, my beloved son, High Priest of O'khasis, Zane Ro'meave, will get married." Said Lord Garte Ro'meave.
The soon-to-be couple were standing in front of each other, Garte between them, and the guests in their seats, watching the ceremony.
(Y/N) was nervous. She never thought this day would come, where she would be forced to marry the High Priest of O'khasis, Zane himself.
"The bride and groom already made their vows, so they are hereby married." Announced Garte.
(Y/N)'s POV :
I didn't even had the choice to say "I don't...".
I'm not quite sure, but I think I saw Laurance and Aphmau. This man and woman really look like them anyway. Is it possible that they are here for me? What if Garroth was here too?
The guard standing behind Zane was staring at me. I couldn't really see his face because of the mask, but I heard him cough. He sounded like Garroth, and then i knew, that Garroth was here too.
"Zane, you may kiss the bride." Garte said.
Zane was getting closer to me. He never wanted this to happen. Is it possible that... he changed his mind? Did he want to marry me after all?!
I was trying to walk backwards, but there was a guard behind me that wasn't letting walk any further.
At those words Garte said, I felt the guard behind Zane tried to attack, but he stood still. I know this is Garroth. It has to be.
Zane kissed me, and Garroth ran and knocked Zane off. I then saw Aphmau and Laurance running towards us, and fighting off the other guards, as well as Garte.
"Run to the boat. We will meet you there." Said Garroth.
I held my dress and ran out of the church where the wedding was happening. A guard was blocking the road, so I kicked him off and ran faster.
I went on the boat and waiting for Garroth, Aphmau, and Laurance to come.
I was really happy they came to help me.
