In about two hours the graduating ceremony begins.
To say I was nervous would be an understatement.
My heart is racing my palms are sweaty and I'm about to go crazy
It seems like just yesterday I was in ninth grade and now I'm about to graduate. It all seems so hard to believe.
Sighing I got up off my bed and made my way downstairs to be greeted with my mom and sister.
No dad.....as usual...
I gave a faint smile as I descended down the last set of stairs.
"So are you ready for your big day?" My mom asked almost too excited.
"Yea, I guess..." I said giving a faint smile.
My mom smiled and grabbed my helping me down the stairs. I could hardly see my legs in this gown and I'm wearing heels so that makes it even worse.
Adjusting my graduation hat on my head I helped myself in the passenger side of the car once we reached outside. My sister and the rest of my family members were already at the venue.
whipping my phone out I send a quick text to Caroline.

Watching as the the trees flew by through the window and the kids playing without a care in the world I began to feel nauseous. Lincoln Heights is where I've lived before I even knew myself and now everything looked different..

I fidgeted in my seat as I felt Jake's eyes piercing the side of my face. I looked everywhere else but at him ever since I got here.
I don't know why but I'm just too nervous to face him right now.
My mom and I got here about an hour ago and it's been boring ever since. The principal has literally been talking non stop for the past hour and a half. My mom ran out of gas on the way causing us to be 'fashionably late'
My butt hurts from being in this hard chair for so long, I have a terrible headache and it seems as if the room is spinning.
Feeling my phone vibrate against my breast I snatched it out my bra.
