~A Few Weeks Later~
"But, I want to be player one" Anti whined.
"Oh yeah? Well, whoever gets to the controller first can be player one" I challenged, as I darted towards the controller.
"Hey! That's not fair! You got a head start!"
He too raced towards the controller, but I got to it first.
"Haha! I win!"
"Aw, you cheated!"
I smiled and stuck my tongue out at him in a childish manner. It seemed to make him even more annoyed.
"I declare a rematch!" He said.
"Nope. Not gonna happen. I already have it, so I'm player one now."
He groaned and then grabbed the other controller.
"Fine."
For a while now, Anti and I have fought over who'd be first player. Of course, I was always player one. It always starts and ends the same way. He's starting to give up on trying, but I can change that in a jiffy if I really wanted to. We played the video game for a while and Anti's mood seemed to lighten up as he beat me over and over again. As Anti was about to kill me again for the hundredth time, Jack came into the Living room and began talking, distracting Anti as I went in for the kill.
"Hey, do you guys want to do something later?" Jack asked.
"Sure, what do you have in mind?" I asked.
"I was thinking we could go out to dinner and then to a movie."
"Sounds great! I'm in, how 'bout you Anti?"
"I'll go but couldn't you have waited until later to ask? You just ruined my winning streak" Anti responded.
"Well, that's just too bad, isn't it?" Jack said.
Anti crossed his arms and looked away from Jack, clearly not happy with how things went down.
"Oh well, you always win anyway" I said.
"Yeah, and it was supposed to stay that way"
"Boo hoo, go cry about it" I teased.
"I will"
Anti stood up and then went upstairs. I can't believe he actually left.
"Well, since he left, do you want to play Jack?" I asked, holding out the controller to him.
"Of course! When don't I ever want to play video games?"
He grabbed the controller and sat down beside me, time to piss him off too.
~Time Skip~
Hours had passed of me playing video games and watching T.V., it was time for me to get ready for my date-like outing. Jack and I were downstairs and Anti was still upstairs, so I decided to tell him to get ready. I went to Anti's room and walked in seeing as his door was already open. He was throwing darts at the wall, leaving small holes in it.
"Don't you think you should be using a dart board instead of the wall?" I asked.
He turned towards me and gave a small smile.
"I should be, but that doesn't mean I have to."
"Well, i didn't come here to talk about that. Get ready, we're leaving soon"
"Do I have to go?" He groaned.
"Yes, it's friend time!"
"Fine, I guess I don't have a choice."
