For all Sasuke fans and/or haters, I think this chapter is kinda for you.
So please keep reading and enjoy the chapter!
(Bit of a longer chapter; I think anyway...)
Chapter 36
This is the perfect opportunity! Karin thought to herself with glee, her face turning pink. I can find some way for Sasuke and I to be alone, and then there will be no-one to disturb us! She almost squealed.
The group looked around them. It looked like they were in the back streets of somewhere nasty-ish. It was night, and they alleyway was thin, but bustling with people, and all down the sides were shops. They were all lit and open, trying to advertise and attract people to their shops. Well, not shops, actually. More like rows upon rows of bars, all filled with adults, most drunk or eating.
Sasuke rubbed his forehead, obviously annoyed that Tobi had to teleport them to a place like this. Why couldn’t he teleport him to where Naruto was? Did he really expect Sasuke to search for him? He sighed, and saw as his teammates stood around, bored but still excited by the change of scenery.
“Saaa~asuke-kun! We should go shopping whilst we’re here! You know, to get info about this dimension, of course.” Karin clung onto his arm, her cheeks pink and her eyes gleaming. He thought.
“Fine. Good idea. It’s best if we know about this place before we start searching.” He replied, and she squealed.
“Oh, Sasuke! That’s so good! We can-“
“You go with Jugo and get info, seeing as you both look full of energy. We’ll meet at a hotel in a few hours.”
Her jaw dropped. This wasn’t the plan!
“But, Sasuke-kun, I mean-“
“Come on, Karin. Lets get going then.” Jugo didn’t let her finish her sentence, and dragged her off in the opposite direction, unsure of where some ‘shops’ would be. Sasuke was somewhat relieved. That girl annoyed him.
‘Sasuke, I’m starving. Can we get something to eat first?” Suigetsu moaned, and Sasuke’s stomach rumbled. He was hungry too, even though he hated to admit it. But there was nowhere to eat around here, so that would be fun.
“Fine, but we’ll need to actually find somewhere that we’re allowed into first. You know, we’re kinda underage, so all the bars here are blocked off.”
“Yeah, I know that. Just hurry up.”
They began walking down the alleyways. All of them were bars after bars, all filled with customers and lights. The moon slowly rose into the sky, and the deep blue shone with stars of all different colours. All down the street there were scattered people, drunk on their own or with mates, and one or two of them had already passed out. There were bottles and glass almost everywhere.
After about half and hour, they stopped in front of what seemed like a restaurant.
“Finally!” Suigetsu moaned, relieved. “I’m about to die of hunger.”
They entered, seeing slight emptiness of the place, but it was still a restaurant. There was a small bar on the other side of the table, but that was all. Finally it was somewhere they could eat.
