So that I can laugh again

Kang walked back to the living room, scrolling through the photos, eyebrows furrowed and her heart clenched at all of them. Looking up she saw a crying Taehyung and NCT shocked at what had just happened. Confused, Kang made her way to the other females who were glaring daggers at the leader of BTS.

"What'd I miss?" Kang asked, breaking the silence.

"We j-" Jimin started but before he could finish, Irene cut him off with a glare.

"Just found out that Mr. Kim Namjoon here needs to learn to shut his mouth when others are spoken to. But anyway, Taehyung just confessed he knew the whole time that Jaehee was a bitch. When Mae asked him if he believed anything, Namjoon here decided it was himself that Mae was talking to and answered saying Taehyung did believe such bullshit," Joy answered.

Suddenly, a thought hit Kang making her remember the photos she needed to share.

"Hey, Wendy, I need to show you all something that I found when I was in Mae's room. I took pictures of it and I think you all need to see it."

Wendy nodded before turning to the others letting them know what Kang had told her. They looked at her and nodded and Kang led them to the kitchen so they could have some privacy.

"Where are you going?" WinWin said suddenly.

"Kitchen, need to share something with the others who support Mae," Kang said sending one last glare towards BTS, "Taehyung, that means you too."

Taehyung hesitantly got up off of the ground and made his way to where the six girls were headed, he was anxious about what he was about to see and had a terrible feeling about it.

"So I got into Mae's room thanks to the key. Taehyung, I don't know if you know but Mae's been majorly struggling these past months. She's told Seulgi multiple times she should just give up, she's plaged her mind with words and it's unfathomable to think that people would say such things about her. You seven of all people should understand how dangerous she can be to herself at times. I mean, look at what she's done to her room. She's been in there for what? Three months? And all she's looked at are these."

As Taehyung scrolled through the photos, his eyes began to tear up. He was angry at himself for not saying anything fast enough and mad at his hyungs for being such idiots. He was mad at Jungkook especially because he was her roomate and didn't even try to help, he made it even worse.

Yeri noticed the boy's anger growing, "Taehyung, I know you're mad but turn that anger into something we can use to help."

"Yeri is right, we need to help Mae and make sure she can trust you especially Taehyung because at the moment she still has Namjoon's words imprinted in her head," Irene agreed.

Because within this pitch black darkness

"How can I get her to trust me though? She's been a little sister to BTS and I, especially me for the longest time. I've seen her funks too but this is one that's gotten out of hand. I don't know how we'll be able to get her out," Taehyung said losing hope.

"This is going to sound cliche but talking is the best option for us right now. If she talks to you and understands what you believe in, that may be a helpful tool," Kang said.

"When should I try?"

"Mae's had a long day today, why don't you wait till tomorrow. We'll leave and be back in the morning and don't worry Taehyung, she'll come around. I know she may not want to think this, but she still loves all of you and right now, we're all she has as a family," Seulgi said.
