Ngayon alam ko na ang rason ni Zane kung bakit siya nagkakaganito, kasi suot-suot ko yung necklace na bigay sakin ni Eyann, tapos yung binigay niya sakin hindi, ang masaklap pa dun, tinapon ko sa trashcan yung necklace na bigay niya..I suddenly felt so guilty for having this fight at all.
When I got home I once again dragged Zane to his room and plopped him down onto the bed. I took off his jacket, revealing his white beater underneath, and took off his shoes. I didn’t know what else to do and I didn’t want to look at him in this state any longer.
So I exited his room and went over to mine. I took out Zane’s necklace from the trashcan and dusted it off a little, before taking off Eyann’s necklace and replacing it with his.
I wasn’t precisely sure if Eyann has been fully released from Tiffany’s grasp or if he was even telling me the truth that morning at all. I still had to be cautious and maybe Zane was right. But he could also be wrong.
And with Zane’s necklace dangling on my neck, I slipped myself under the blankets and went to sleep.
When I woke up the next morning I got washed up and changed into my uniform. As I headed downstairs I smelt something fluffy and buttery.
sino nagluluto ng pancake?
pumunta ako sa kitchen nakita ko si Zane, so siya pala yung nag p-pancake, He's putting the last finishing swirl of maple syrup on a pancake.
“Zane?”
Zane looked up from his handiwork and grinned at me
“Oh gising ka na pala” Zane
I cautiously made my way to the dining room table where two plates of perfectly made pancakes were sitting.
“Sit down. And eat” sabi ni Zane, taking a seat across from me.
All I do is nod and sat down as well, not sure what to think of at the moment.
“yung…about kagabi pala…” mags-sorry na sana ako kaso bigla nalang nagsalita si Zane tapos nakatingin dun sa suot-suot kong necklace na bigay niya
“Um…can you forget about yesterday? Not to mention last night too…please?” Zane
I took a deep sigh and nodded
“Sure. kaya ka ba gumawa ng pancake?” tanong ko
“Hindi ah! natrip ko lang gumawa” Zane, tss if I know... palusot lang nya ang pancake
Hindi ko alam kung ako lang ba o pati si Zane ang nasasarapan sa pancake, SERIOUSLY ang sarap ng gawa nyang pancake *.*
