Lexi's POV

"Breakfast was great Robert, thank you." I lean over him kissing his cheek before gathering our plates bringing them into the kitchen.

"I'm glad beautiful." Robert stands up wrapping his arms around me from behind stuffing his face into my neck. I blush lightly as I wash the dishes.

"May I help?" He mumbles leaving soft kisses along my neck

"No sir. You did your part, now let me do mine." I speak in a quiet yet assertive tone, causing him to giggle.

"Yes ma'am."

"Why don't you go shower up?"

His head shoots out of my neck and I look at him

"Why don't you join me?" Robert wiggles his eyebrows, smirking.

"Hmmm now theres an idea..." I say in a low seductive tone as he spins my body to face his. I wrap my arms around his neck as he leans in gently connecting our lips. I break the kiss once I feel him getting into it "But-" I pat his chest with my hands lightly pushing him away. "-not happening."

"What?" He stands there looking genuinely confused which makes me laugh. "Why not?"

"Because my roommate is home and I don't feel comfortable doing that while she's here."

"It's just a shower." Robert pouts squeezing my waist. I don't know who he thinks he's fooling.

"No Robert."

He lets out a sigh. "Fine, can't argue with that."

"Thank you" I peck his cheek. "Now go you smell." He laughs at me and disappears into my bedroom to shower.

Robert's POV

Once my shower is up I turn off the water.

Why is the radio blasting?

As I wrap a towel around my waist I remember my clean clothes are in my car.

Shit.

I open the bathroom door and my eyes are greeted with the sight of Lexi, her back towards me, swaying her hips to a song.

I smirk watching her get into the song, singing along.

She's my definition of perfect, no doubt about that.

I walk over to her and spin her around. She jumps and sighs in relief when she sees me.

"You're going to give me a heart attack one day." Lex places her hand over her heart and I lightly laugh kissing her head.

"My bad, you just looked like you were having fun and I wanted to join." I pull her closer to me swaying with her. She checks me form head to toe as she moves her arms to rest around my neck.

"Why don't you get dressed first?" She raises a brow

"Ehh rather give you a little show." I wink and she shakes her head trying to hide her smile resting her head on my bare chest as we slowly dance to the song.

I close my eyes just focusing on her warmth radiating against me. This feeling is something I wouldn't trade for anything.

"Robbie?" Lexi mumbles drawing me out, but I keep my eyes closed.

"Mhm?" I rest my head against her which is almost on my shoulder.

I could fall asleep like this.

"What's going to happen tomorrow?" She asks innocently as her body tenses up.

"What do you mean?" I ask in almost a whisper, rubbing her lower back.

"I just want to make sure, this, us, we're not going anywhere and that tomorrow at the office, we'll be okay."

"Hun," I kiss her head. "I told you already I'm not going to back away again. This is what I want. You are who I want." I can feel her body loosen up.

We go quiet again letting the song finish up and once it end Lexi breaks the silence.

"Robbie?" She asks in the same voice as before

"Yeah?" This time I open my eyes looking at her noticing she's intently watching me back.

"I have one more question."

I nod my head "What's on your mind sweat heart?"

"Who was the brunette you left with Friday?"
