Camila's POV

"Lauren can you come over here?" I asked. "Sure" I hear her say. Me and Shawn talked the day after Lauren was finally given the chance. We aren't together anymore but he still visits the kids from time to time because they really miss him. I'm sorta upset that Felipe didn't accept the split but Emi understood.

"What's up" I hear Lauren. I snap back to reality and realize she's in front of me with a smile. I smile at her one of my arms wrapping around her neck. "First" I whisper. I bring her down brushing our lips together. "And second" I whisper pulling away. "I decided it's finally time we tell them" I said.

Lauren smiles brightly taking my hands in her's. She interlocks our fingers and brings my hands up kissing them. "Now?" She asks. I nod and she smiles. Lauren hugs me and I hug her back. "Let's go" She whispers. I nod squeezing her one more time. We pull away and walk to the living room.

"Hijos" I said and I immediately hear two pairs of fast footsteps. "Yes mami" They say. "Come" I said leading them to the table. They sit down next to me and Lauren sits across from us. "What is it mami?" Felipe asks. "Are you and papa back together?" He asks hopefully.

I see Lauren frown and I shoot her a warm smile. "Hijo" I said "I want you too understand that me and papi had to split because he's always gone" I said and he frowns "But I love papi he's my father" He says and I frown. "Mami I tried convincing him to understand" Emi speaks up.

They might be three year olds but there speaking is amazing most of the time. "Gracias preciosa" I said smiling at Emi. "Hijos" I said "Me and Lauren have something to tell you guys" I said and Lauren lightly smiles. I look at her and she nods. "I'm... I am.... I'm your actual parent" She let's out. "Really?" Emi asks her brown eyes twinkling. Lauren nods and she gets off her chair and starts jumping.

"Wait pero como?" She asks sitting on Lauren's lap. Lauren smiles lightly grabbing her small hand. "You feel that" Lauren says. "Tienes una parte de un niño" Emi says in Spanish. "Yeah I have a boy part" Lauren says. "No" We hear Felipe "No puede ser" He says.

He storms away and I frown. Lauren stands up with Emi in her arms. I feel a tear roll down and a hand wipes it. "Mami no llores" I hear Emi her small hands grabbing my face. I look up letting another tear fall which Lauren wipes. I frown "He's mad" I whisper.

"I know baby" Lauren says "He loved Shawn I get it" She whispers lifting my chin to look at her. "He will soon learn to accept and let me in the way I want him to" Lauren whispered. "Y yo les voy ayudar" Emi says switching to my lap. I smile hugging her "Gracias mija" I said kissing her cheek.

Emi rubs her nose with mine which makes me smile. "So that means" Emi says "I can call you papa" She says looking at Lauren. Lauren smiles brightly at her "I think I'll love that sweetheart" Lauren says making me smile. Emi jumps on my lap and holds her arms out to Lauren.

Lauren brings her to her lap and hugs her. Emi wraps her arms around Lauren's neck making me smile. "I should go talk with Felipe" I said. "No no let me talk to him" Lauren says handing me Emily and standing up. She smiles at both of us and walks to the stairs going up.
