Forbidden

    It was morning as Leo sat there at the clean part of the porch of the temple while he was in a few robs to keep warm as he watched the snowfall fall since yesterday. He had finely a day to relax as he chose to mostly be alone until it would be passed known to see his brother with his new guard.
    But Leo stood up as he grabbed the edges of the robs and makes sure they were wrapped around tight enough as he walked then into the temple to go greet the new person into the temple.
    He was still alone and was not letting anyone know since he was sure Donnie would be already there to treat the man as Leo walked to take a short cut. But while he walked over he heard his little brother as if laughing as he said out. " Haha, I got you again!"
    Leo then heard yelling as he went fast to the corner to see what was going on till he then saw Mikey as he was throwing snowballs as Raph as he was running around while he scooped up snow to make into a ball as he threw it to try and hit Mikey.
    But Leo could instantly see that Raph missed Mikey on purpose while Leo stood there watching Raph play with Mikey as Raph had what looked like a smirk on his face. Leo then shook his head as he felt his cheeks get warm while he turned and continued walking. ' I'm not liking a man... I can't anyway so there is no point... And I'm a Lord other is no way for me to like men it's not in any bloodline...'
    Leo still walked as he would soon notice he made it to the older man's door as Leo hesitated but got his hand up to the door and knocked on it. It room a few moments but an old man was heard. " you may enter. "
     Leo grabbed the slot to the sliding door and grabbed it pushing it to the side as Leo looked in to see an old mutated rat there as he saw Leo as he bowed his face fast as he spoke. " My Lord... Thank you for getting me to stay here and to be treated under your care. "
     Leo went in and closed the door as he smiled kindly to the old rat as he sat saying to him. " Please, it is a pleasure to have you here sir. Your son Raphael is a strong man and I am also grateful for him to watch over my brother. "
     The old rat sat up and nods as he smiled back. " Thank you for your kind words... He has never gotten well with the bad people in the village so this will help him become stronger as he wanted. "
     Leo looked intrigued as he asked. " Get stronger? Why would he want that?"
     " To keep me and others that he cares about safe. As I am sure you can see I am not his blood father but I knew his parents," he said as Leo scooted a little closer while he would sit back to him so he could hear him better. " what happened to them?"
    " They got mugged and killed... Poor Raphael saw the whole thing and started to get into constant trouble. So I took him in to teach him to be a good person but there is a limit to get him stronger... This will help him... So please when I pass let him stay here... It will keep him strong. "
   ' he is like me... Seeing my parents dead... ' Leo clenched his hands as he said smiling as he closed his eyes. " He is a guard know. I have no intentions for him to leave here. "
     " Thank you, My Lord." He said as Leo asked after nodding his head. " what is your name sir?"
     " Splinter My Lord. And if you don't mind me around please join me on meditation... It helps smooth the mind and relax the body. "
     " I would love to try that sometime. " Leo said as he then saw the door open as he saw then Donnie as he stopped in his tracks. " My Lord... "
    "It's alright Donnie. I was just leaving. Treat Splinter well." Leo said getting up as he then starts to the door as he walked passed Donnie then off as he went straight to where he last saw Mikey.
    Leo watched the snowfall as he walked not watching his step while he was just about to turn when he then bumped into someone as he was about to fall but his arm got grabbed while Leo looked up fast seeing it was Raph there as she looked clean since he last saw him while he was with Mikey behind him. " I'm sorry I didn't see you coming, My Lord..."
    Raph said looking at Leo as he lets him go getting his head down to a bow. "It's okay Raph. I was looking for you two since I was going to spend some time with my brother. "
     " would you like me to stay and -" Raph at first said as he got interrupted by Leo. " That's not necessary. Please go relax or see your father. "
    Leo said as he walked past Raph and grabbed Mikey's hand as he said. " What would you like to go do?"
    " Can you read me a book?" Mikey said smiling as Leo nods.
    Raph looked at the two while he was not sure what to do so he just followed them but without Leo or Mikey knowing as Raph was sure Leo would probably get mad at not letting them two have their brother time together. But as Mikey's guard, Raph was not going to let Mikey out of his sight any time of day soon. ' Sorry, My Lord... But you gave me an order to guard your brother...and that's what I'm going to do...'
