It's been three days since my mom and I went to the doctors. As soon as we got home, I collapsed on the couch. I've decided to live here until I die. I don't have enough time to do anything else with my life anyways. So therefore, I'll only be getting up to eat or go to the bathroom. And I was almost asleep when my mom walked in. When she talked I jumped.
" You need to do something with your life. You can't just expect yourself to melt away into the sofa." she says
"I know, but I can think better like this." I reply, matter-of-factly.
"About what!" she yells
"De..!"
"You know what, it's fine." she says, calmer now, but still cutting me off "just get up and do something productive."
"Fine."
"Good. Get to it"
"Fine." I say.
I get up and walk outside. It's a dreadful day. The sky is gray and the air smells wet, as if it was just raining. It hasn't rained. Well, not yet, but the clouds look so black and heavy, they could just fall from the sky. Nothing is outside. No animals. No people. So maybe I should do something inside.
An idea comes to mind as I walk inside. I immediately grab a pencil and paper, and sit at the desk in my room. I know exactly what I'm doing. I'm going to make a list.
