(Ashley's POV)
"So...where are we going?" I asked, looking down at our entwined hands.
Golden Freddy walked in front of me, pulling me along the sidewalk.
"To the park. Where else?"
I shrugged and looked away, studying the buildings around us. They were all familiar, I mean, I had grown up around it all. People walked by, not paying us any mind as Golden Freddy pulled me along the path. We both stayed silent as he took me towards where the park was. My feet shuffled the ground until there was grass under my feet. I looked up and Golden Freddy dragged me to a bench and sat down, pulling me next to him. I sat there awkwardly, trying not to look at Golden Freddy himslef, but everywhere else.
He sighed. "Ashley... I think we have some things that we both misunderstood about the other."
I looked up at the clouds. "Okay..?"
"Can I ask you a question?" I nodded and he continued. "Did...do you want something? With Vincent?"
"What do you mean?" I asked, still avoiding his gaze.
"Are you looking for a relationship with him?"
"I don't know...I don't think so. But your the one who can read my mind, so I think you'd know better than I would," I reminded him.
"Well...yeah, but I'd like to hear it from you yourself," He said. I could feel his eyes staring into me, trying to read my emotions.
I tried my best to hold my mind steady si that there wasn't much for him to listen to. "I'm not sure, Gold."
He let out another long sigh. "Fine...but I want to explain. You know, the things you heard?"
"Alright," I nodded.
He put a hand on my shoulder and I turned to him, giving him a questioning look.
"I'm...not used to being embarrassed. And I'll be honest, I was embarrassed that everyone knew that I like you, as in, more than a friend. I said things that shouldn't have been said. And I'm sorry I said those words. I meant...the exact opposite of what I said."
I nodded slowly, waiting for him to continue. He turned his head away, not looking at me.
"And I'm sorry that I hurt you with my words. I-I never wanted to cause you any sort of pain..."
I felt myself soften as his voice hitched and I reached out to grab his shoulders before pulling him into a hug. I rubbed his back slowly to comfort him. He buried his face into my hair and on my neck while wrapping his arms around me.
"Ashley, I'm so sorry for confusing you so much. I realize I hurt you and your feelings and I didn't mean to."
I pulled back and gave him a weak smile. "I know and...it's alright."
He nodded and rubbed the back of his neck, but before he could say anything I stood up and interrupted him.
"Well, I'm gonna head back to the apartment. I told Freddy that I'd hang out with him tonight..." I quickly turned on my heel and walked away.
~One of the Timeskipples that I haven't done for a while~
I hopped out of my car and skipped over to the front doors of Fazbear's Fright. I walked in and wandered around, looking for Freddy.
"Freddy!" I called, peeking around a corner. I grinned when I saw him and made my way to him.
"Oh, hey Ashley," He smiled when he turned around.
I stood next to him and smiled up at him. "So, what are we gonna do?"
He chuckled and leaned down to whisper in my ear. "We're gonna prank Foxy."
I clapped my hands together happily. "Sweet! What are we gonna do?"
He grabbed my wrist and led me to the bathrooms, pulling into the men's before closing the door.
"So! I need you as my distraction." Freddy said, rubbing his hands together. "And I'll do the rest! Everyone has been down lately so we need to cheer them up with a laugh."
I nodded and we both walked out.
"I think he's in the office."
"Okay," I said, walking over to where the office was at. My smile widened as I saw him through the window and walked through the door.
"Hey, Foxy!"
He looked up. "Oi lassie. How be ye?"
"I'm doing good. How are you, Foxy?"
"Me be quite good, lass. Although, Bonnie lad hasn't been very happy in the late." Foxy said, leaning back onto the chair.
"Oh?" I asked, sitting on the desk. "What do you mean?"
He shrugged. "Well, he's be a starin' at the picture Chica lass took a while before. Just sittin' by the wall, hasn't spoke a nothin' to anyone."
"I'm sure he'll be fine," I reassured him. Then I smiled. "So, you and Mike been doing anything?"
Foxy gave me a questioning look. "What ye mean?"
I rolled my eyes. "I know you like him! Don't try to deny it."
Foxy looked away with a small grin. "Aye, the Mike lad be visitin' a single time a week."
"Aw! Cute!"
Foxy laughed and was about to say something when I saw something on his shoulder moving towards his neck.
"Foxy, what's that?" I pointed to it and he looked over at it. His eyes widened and he screamed like a ten-year-old.
"There be a crawly on me! Kill it, lass, kill it!" Foxy said, jumping up onto the desk next to me and waving his hook around frantically.
I started laughing to the point that I rolled off the desk. Freddy stood up from behind the chair and smirked widely at Foxy. I landed on my shoulder but didn't care.
"You were terrified of a spider!" Freddy laughed, leaning down and putting his hands on his knees.
Foxy glared at him. "That not be funny, lad! Ye almost gave me a heart attack!"
I sat up and rubbed my shoulder while grinning. "It was soooo worth it!"
"Ye were in this too?"
I nodded and he huffed and crossed his arms.
"That's not nice. Not at all."
